never had a problem with an order, they carry dome obscure reenactment items and materials and have had relatively fast shipping.

Great doing business with them. Love, the fact that they have videos on there site showing you how to make the items they sell and what you need to buy. read more

I like making my own muzzle loader bags and powder horns. I have never been disappointed with my orders from Crazy Crow! read more

I bought a powder horn. It was JUNK. It looked to be made out of Plastic. It was made in INDIA! I sent it back because of the poor quality. I wish they would inform the buyers of where their items are produced? I sent it back, and it cost me $13.00's. I will never ever use this company again. They sell imported crap. read more

Purchased the Kentucky Long Rifle case for flying my flintlock to Washington. The case arrived with all of the locking mechanisms broken off and the case edges damaged. called customer service for a refund or replacement. Customer service was condescending and willfully unhelpful. They blamed the TSA and the airline but failed to take responsibility for selling an overpriced, trash product. offered to return $60,!whoch is a slap in the face. I now have a $359 case that is Rendered useless. read more

Desperation led me to Crazy Crow. What I needed: 9 yards of 12-inch yellow fringe. For less than the price of my firstborn. What Crazy Crow has: Fringe! Feathers! Beads! Claws! Tomahawks! Tobacco! Pow! Wow! And So! Much! More! And at reasonable prices, considering much of the stuff they offer is hardly even available in other places, and certainly not at my local giant craft warehouse. And while desperation may have led me in, elation paved my way out, filling my shopping cart with 14-inch fringe (14!!), and my buzzing brain with crafty ideas. It's a delicate balance to be both homespun and professional without falling into Etsy quaintness, but Crazy Crow carries it off. Their site and purchase interactions have this kind of small/family business charm, yet the parts you need to work properly -- namely, product search, shopping cart, check-out and package tracking systems -- are pretty smoothly functioning, offering that extra sense of security you really want when you're wondering if an online mail-order company is legit. Worth noting: it's OK if maybe you're only rumored to have Native American heritage, and maybe are using your fringe for a Cher costume instead of for a powwow -- I sort of thought an alarm and red flashing light might go off when I pushed the order button, but it turns out they don't judge. You can be as crazy as you wanna be. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Sadly you can't leave less than one star. Do not order from this company. Despite speaking to someone before placing the order I still received the wrong item. I then was told to return it and I would get the right item and return shipping credited. Then was told they do not carry what I requested (should have been explained before placing the order) and return shipping was outright refused to he credited. Invest in businesses that appreciate their clients. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Take your business elsewhere. I recommend Nocbay or Wandering Bull. Also search for the powwow pages and support Indigenous artists. Nearly 20 years of business and am treated like this. Extremely unfortunate. Do not order from this company. read more

They can't tell the difference between a shipping and billing address and would do nothing to correct their mistake. Their solution was for me to drive to the address where they mistakenly shipped it, then ship it back to them. Next, drive back to the correct address that I gave them to begin with, and wait for it again to see if it gets there. read more

I have working off and on with Crazy Crow for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I have found the customer service people friendly and helpful. I am getting ready to place another order soon. read more

I ordered an item on 12/17/14 and received an email that the item was on back order and that my card would not be charged until it shipped. Okay so far. Automated email response, not charging card, all things look good. Today I received their catalog and it reminded me that I had not received my item. I called and the rep on the phone said that she had no record of the order. I said, I have a confirmation email and an order number. She asked if I ordered online. I said yes. She said, Well we don't have it in our system and explained that they download the web orders from a separate system. I said, but I have an order number. She said, well we don't have it. She got snippy about it and said, "well would you like to place the order again?" I said yes and proceeded. She said, That item is out of stock. I said, That was the message I got on my confirmation email. She said, "Yeah, when small orders sit in an out of stock condition, the system just kicks them out." OMG Who is running this place. Oh, nevermind. read more

I have been a artisan/jewelry maker for many years now. I order from Crazy Crow quite often and I am well pleased with their customer service, friendly attitude and getting the order out correctly and promptly. This company has met my needs, and I will continue to give them business. read more

There are a lot of things here you cant even find on amazon. Hackles and fluffs are a gr8 deal per oz. Spikes are competitive with amazon and some feather vendors do not have very good quality control and you can receive a 1/4 pound batch of spikes where a number of the shafts are broken and unusable except for shorter uses. Wish crazy crow could get other color spikes like neon or hot colors! read more

The first order I placed with this company was shipped to the wrong address. They did rectify the mistake and resent the order to the correct place. So I decided to give them another chance and recently placed another order through them. It was shipped to the correct place, but my order was incomplete. The invoice was accurate but the beads were not all there. They were missing parts of the quantity on 10 items (sent 1 hank instead of 2, actually we got 2 bags with 1/2 hanks in them) and one item we didn't even get. I have called, emailed and sent pictures and they still do not agree that they messed up the order because they indicate they don't even sell half hanks, which I know this, but why did some of the baggies say 1/2 hank on them. They even went as far as indicating that the chaplain who picked up the order may have taken some... REALLY? The CHAPLAIN?? Needless to say they are not going to do anything about it, therefore I will not order from them EVER again and will order my beads from a different company. I wouldn't trust them. read more
