The smell was so bad today, I couldn't even buy gas. I have no clue what the inside is like since they began the remodel. I only hope it doesn't stink inside. At first I thought it was possibly a cow farm? But as it continues to smell, I think they have a busted septic tank. I can't call it, but sure does stink. And the entrance to the guys bathroom is visible, but the entrance to the women's bathroom is a bit difficult to see unless you're facing the front of the store. So she runs up front to ask where the bathroom is, they tell her "it's there under the sign." She says "it's guys only. " instead of saying it's to the left of the guys, they don't say anything. However, I wouldn't necessarily classify it as sporting goods, they don't sale the same stuff you get at Academy to Dick's Sports, they sale outdoor mountainy type of items... climbing, hiking, kayaking, bouldering, trail walking, camping ... that type of stuff, both materials and the clothes. It is really nice inside. It doesn't look anything inside like the older exterior shows. The staff and I believe the owner are super nice. I came in today because they carry Kuhl brand clothing, I was surprised that they had more styles then REI did, and they had longer lengths. Walked out with some, very happy.

This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)
