Now that I have moved to Illinois, I have found that Vuse products here are package much better than Texoma Tobacco and always work. What kind of company harraases a great customer ($600/mo at the time) over THEIR employees mistake!?? Yes, I have the receipts. This is what happened: I took my product to the register. Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error.
