Do NOT shop here!…read more This "company" made an error in their accounting and then came after ME for it SEVERAL days later!! It was over $40. What kind of company harraases a great customer ($600/mo at the time) over THEIR employees mistake!?? Yes, I have the receipts. This is what happened: I took my product to the register. Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error. Whatever the error was, it was their fault and the employees fault! Not the paying freakin customer. In the end, it's all their loss and certainly not mine! Texas Tobacco in Sherman (different company) is amazing!!! No need to be hassled at this poorly run company. They never deserved my business!

Great E-Cigs and parts for the common vaper. Great demeanor from j.r. the owner. However his…read moree-juices are to be questioned. The flavor in more than half of what he has to offer are tremendously weak or over priced. All the while he pushes his own made product to the customers which I would give about a 7 at best on these flavors. The old woman who works with him sometimes has no clue what they are selling and they over work the younger woman who works the counter. He is a great Salesman. Very polite to his guests. Has a vast array of parts for your e-cig. And he does offer a "menu" of his e-juices. Just don't be surprised if you can't taste any flavor from them.

I'm new to the gun thing and all of the employees have been helpful and patient with my questions and helped me get going. Ammo choices are huge but right now it's in and out daily so check often. Not their fault at all! So far I've purchased 4 firearms and a large assortment of ammo and accessories. My only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that they are often a bit understaffed vs the amount of customers needing help. In fairness gun stores are very busy right now and they are trying to catch up. Not necessarily their fault. If you are in the area it's a great stop. While everyone else has empty shelves this place always has 1200 or so guns I still want!

Now I own several aks and they are super simple to break down and clean, so before purchasing I asked if it would be okay if I broke it down to check the trunnion for any damage. After getting the go ahead and popping off the dust cover, the owner came over and started berating me for breaking the rifle. I put everything back together assuring her that everything is in order and I got the okay from her employee before I checked the rifle. She continued to berate me and nearly kicked me out of the shop which was crazy because I was nothing but nice and apologetic. The employee said nothing, just stood in silence. I purchased the gun because it was in fine condition and I wanted it, but I'll never be back. I'm giving back one star because the employees are nice, but this could have been handled much better.
