Not the case with Wash Rite. All their "car wash" did was spray some foamy water on my windshield and then use some "high power water stream" to rinse everything off. Yeah, right! The bug splatter was still there, and the side windows were only washed in the center... for about 3" all the way around the molding there was still plenty of road grime... and its not like you can complain, since this car wash is unattended. Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.

I did get a call back 2 days later, got an apology and explanation plus 2 free car washes. Flying Ace has an advantage because they have on site staff to address any problems, however, I must say, Four Seasons does a GOOD job if you go thru the automated car wash providing you don't encounter any problems. Bottom line analysis: Flying Ace has a slight advantage over Four Seasons because of the following: *Always have personnel on site *Their vacuum's are better Four Seasons pro's are: *lower price *usually not crowded *Arby's is next door (just kidding!) Four Seasons just needs to pay more attention to their equipment and facility and perhaps respond more quickly to issues.
