This tells you about capacity and a possible wait.  I've got an idea: can you replace that Union Jack with the blended US/UK logo?

Since I was heading from Turin to Milan for a short while, I asked some friends in Turin what to see beyond the "Big 3" (the Duomo et. al.) Knowing that I like coffeehouses, my friends told me that there is a coffeehouse in Milan where cats belonging to the cafe' roam around as part of the concept. I figured that I could always use a hot drink and a pastry, and that I could give this place a look. I like some cats just fine. I wouldn't say I love them. I was able to find its exact name via a search on my phone. Crazy Cat Cafe' is but a short distance from Milano Centrale, the ominous looking main train station. Because of the cats and such, you can see some basic ground rules posted on the door. There is also a wait - a short one at the time I was there - to control how many people are inside the cafe' and not to overwhelm the cats. The owners and employees are younger and friendly. You can tell they're having fun at their jobs. The kitchen or preparation area is separated from the main part of the cafe' with big glass windows. You can see them preparing the drinks, desserts, and food. It also keeps the cats where they belong - in the cafe.' I had a cup of Earl Grey tea and a small goblet of chocolate mousse. Tea is tea, but this dessert was very good. I wasn't expecting that, thinking that Crazy Cat Cafe' would be more about the concept. They also have savory items on the menu, such as panini, and, per their chalk menu board, a brunch. The bill was fine. Note that they tack on a small surcharge and it's called "cat therapy." Since it's common to see a "coperto" (cover charge) in Italy, this is probably what its function is. There's more overhead to have those cats in there, so "it's all good." I also left a small amount of tip money. Let me get to the cats. I believe there were 9 of them in there, as in "cat of 9 lives." They seemed to be mostly tabbies and calicos, but I spotted an all black one and possibly an all gray one that looked like a Russian Blue, but probably wasn't a purebred. It could be that it was later in the day, but, if you think these cats are interested in the customers and playful, there's no guarantee of that. On the flip side, they're not skittish and are well socialized. They just do their thing, much of which is laying around, peacefully blinking, and sleeping. If anything, coming here helped confirm that I'm a dog person. But it was worth the stop. If you like cats, and especially if you like them a lot or connect with them, you should visit Crazy Cat Cafe.' Or, if you're just lukewarm toward them, you can still come check it out. It's very close to the main train station and it's guaranteed to be a very different coffeehouse experience.

I randomly found this place while walking into the city. I love cats and I had to give this a try. Brunch hour this place gets very busy, the line is long and you wait outside in the summer heat. The food itself, they have a prefix menu which has your food, dessert and drink. It was pretty basic but you're really paying for the cats. I was fortunate that a cat was sleeping near me but for the most part, be picky where you sit!

We are from Maine!! Pick one from each section.

I found this cafe on Yelp. Dan and I arrived in Milan early this morning. When we woke from a nap, it was time for food!! I had no idea that this cafe was so popular. I suppose it could be, in large part, the several resident cats!! The coffee mugs have drawn, comedic photos of each cat, with names provided. The menu is very interesting and We LOVED that the large meal was called, "Maine Coon"!!! Being from Maine, that was nice. The avocado toast with egg was delicious. The plain yogurt with fruit and granola - standard (how can you mess that up.) You can make reservations and I would recommend that - We waited about 10 minutes. There was always a line. Hang out with the cats - Respect the cats - They run the place :)

    Ice vanilla latte

Cons Ice latte is not too good TRIS DI CIOCCOLATI - is too sweet Pros The cats are adorable

We love cats. This place has 9 kitties in their cafe. Many were sleeping (when are cats not sleeping??) while we were there however one kitty was very active and social. Even though we could not engage with all the kitties as they were asleep, we could still observe them. The cafe is set up with cat toys and stairs/walkways for the kitties. The cafe has the cutest cat shaped cups with saucer. The set is available for purchase too! Had a moca and it was delicious. Lunch service starts 12:30 pm. I will go back next time I'm I'm Milan !

Rude bunch of cat loving, human hating bozos.

My daughter was dying to eat here, and waited 3 days to finally get her chance. The 3 of us finally went to eat here, and had no idea a reservation was necessary. Well....when the guy at the front came out and asked if we had a reservation, he shut the door on us. Another group of 4 behind us had reservations as they chuckled their way in. Normally, in any restaurant I have been to, you would tell me: The wait is an hour, the wait is 5 minutes, or make a reservation for me. Not here! Just shut the door on the Americans (we didn't speak Italian, but YOU spoke English!). Apparently in Italy eating with a cat is a luxury. In the USA it's a nuisance. Take your furry feline circus animals, and stick them where the Tuscan sun don't shine. Rude.

Benvenuti a Miao-lano and Milano's cat cafe. We were in Milano for a short time and heard that there was a cat cafe, and while walking to our hotel from the train station we just stumbled across it and had to enter. There's a double door system so the cats can't run out, and was also a convenient place to store our luggage so we wouldn't roll over any cat tails. In SF it's like $25 to go to the cat cafe, but here at Crazy Cat Cafe it was only one euro extra, so I was already quite pleased. We stopped for drinks-an Aperol Spritz for me and a cat-puccino for him-and yes, the menu is riddled with cat puns and if you have a problem with that then this is not the place for you. Beautiful cats abound and they were mostly all pretty docile when we visited, but I got some spunky play time in with Jimi, a gorgeous gray kitty named after Jimi Hendrix. The cats aren't for adoption so they're permanent fixtures of the cafe and the real hosts-just really relaxed and lazy ones!

This cat café is awesome, being from LA we have those there so it was really cool to have one in Milan! The cats aren't too friendly which is kind of a let down. But they are cute and there is an adorable vibe in here. Vintage record players that work, cat furniture, great coffee (I had an iced CATpucino with nocciola HA HA) and enjoyed the part of the day I spent here. The food looked good but then when I saw people eating it it looked a bit overpriced for its small size. Nothing too appetizing. More entertained by the funny cat-incorporated food items on the menu than the cats themselves, to be honest. Can't miss this one but you wouldn't go back again. It's a one time thing. I got a cat to *kinda* take a pic with me, but it really took some effort on this one... The coffee was 4,50€ which is kind of expensive but I mean it's Milan come on.

My drink and muffin. 6/7 euros :( a little overpriced

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THEIR BREAKFAST. Probably would have been better if we came for the lunch. It's a cat cafe so their drinks and foods are a bit over priced. The lunch menu was very reasonable but we got there too early for it. It's what you would expect but there was only about 4/5 cats :( I had some coffee and a muffin which was rather sad. My friends got the new york cheesecake which was probably more worth and better than my sad muffin.

Meh. You're visiting and paying for the concept and not the food. And frankly, the concept of dining with a cat in the room is one I can enjoy at home for free, so can't recommend the Crazy Cat. When we went, they were only serving brunch - there are 3 options that equate to small, medium, and large. Husband and I opted for the medium eats. Check the pics - The food looks immaculate, but the tastes are actually quite bland. They had approx. 5 cats in the cafe - all of which were partaking in what adult cats do 90% of the time - Napping. So even though they have baskets of cat toys around the place, I doubt they get used much. So yeah - I paid 40 euro for the pleasure of eating bland food and watching cats sleep. Doh!

Great little place! My wife and I had just a couple hours to kill in milan and needed to catch a bite after flying overnight. Great espresso and pastries - and we loved the quirky vibe and of course the cats!

On the 8th floor of the COIN Building in Piazza Cinque Giornate, you'll find a nightlife staple, with sophisticated restaurant design and unique charm. I opted for lunch on the terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the city. I was able to relax and sip a glass of wine while the city bustled below. I started my lunch with the "raw special" dish, consisting of slices of raw tuna, salmon, amberjack, and swordfish. I also indulged in raw Sicilian prawns, which came highly recommended by the server. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, the raw seafood definitely got me excited for my main course. Scrumptious Kobe rump steak tataki, topped with a creamy bean sauce and sweet caramelized red onions has to be the most wonderful thing I've ever tasted. The meat was tender and juicy, and the creaminess of the sauce complimented it perfectly. Even though I had enjoyed every last bite of my food and was feeling full, I knew I just had to try dessert. I opted for something light - the raspberry parfait in mango sauce - because fruit is always a great way to end a meal, right? Right! The parfait was topped with a red, ripe strawberry, which I saved for last, of course. I can't wait to come back to Globe and enjoy a cocktail, unwind in the lounge, and even try their dinner menu. The whole experience was amazing, from the views on the rooftop to the great food, and the friendly servers. I can't think of a better way to enjoy delicious cuisine in Milan, other than dining at Globe Restaurant and Lounge.
