This is probably the best place to take a child under 4! I came here for a birthday party with my almost 2 year old and was amazed. This place is super clean, brightly lit (unlike many of the bouncy places) and every where you look is a preschooler/toddler paradise! There are toys that babies as soon as they sit up can enjoy all the way to maybe 6 or 7. From slides and ball pits, to table top train sets and drums, to a race track for little push cars to every truck my little boy wanted to get his hands on this place had it. I had a blast and my toddler was over the moon. Pros: price, amount of activities, tons of toys, great upkeep Tips: wear nice socks, no shoes allowed Even on a Saturday with two parties and lots of children we didn't feel cramped. Great place for kids. Horribly rude staff! I walked in and was charged for socks with out even asking me if I had some. Also told there is a 2 hour time limit. This may be true, but after I paid? There are a whole 5 people in the entire building. All of this with zero smile, zero customer service, and I had to demand a receipt. She couldn't even tell me how much until she charged me. She also has been on the phone the entire time. Never watching her floor. This is a safety hazard as well as a customer service issue. Please don't get me started on how filthy the place is too. We have visited over 100 of these places across the country. None were this bad. I will be going to Bounce N' Beans down the street from now on. I paid $10 and was here for an hour with my two year old. When I came, there were two other families here and so it was not that busy. But around 1pm, people started coming in and there were some older kids that were playing more rough and running around. I think there should be an age limit so that little ones don't get run over. It was a good experience because there is a lot to do and the place is spacious enough. Now is everything new and clean? No, the toys definitely showed wear and tear. Will I be back? This place is fun for children under eight. Please don't bring your ten year old, there is nothing for them to do. This place would be so much more fun if the toys actually worked and had batteries. Most of the toys are missing parts or looks like they have been around way too long. Most of the toy cars the kids to go around the track are broken and old. I am giving them only 2 stars because they closed early for a party and we were not told about the party when we arrived and paid. This is probably going to be our favorite play place from now on. This is the coolest indoor play place I have ever seen since I've been here in Georgia. There's so much to do! You can bring babies and you can bring little kids. I think anybody up to the age of 10 would enjoy this place! Maybe even the older kids would like it! There's so much to do from playing on the slides, to going in the ball pit, banging on the drums, and even playing on the moon bounces! Make sure that even your baby is wearing socks because nobody's allowed to play without socks. There are swings and there's a little race track, I feel like this place is amazing! Awesome place! First time here on a busy morning. Staff was very nice and got us in quick. Toys of all kinds are about everywhere. It's like one giant toy room! The staff follow around cleaning and setting things back up for other kids to discover. I saw bottles of cleaner in hand no less! Water fountains were clean and ice cold too. However, due to their strict policy of No outside food and their limited selection of rather unhealthy snacks, it's not a good option if you plan on staying more than an hour or so. They also don't allow for re-entry. So once your out you have to repay the $9 entry fee per child. read more

Very clean, tons of very well organized activities for toddlers and preschoolers. My dad came to play with my son and the person in charge would not let him come inside the play area because he can't take his shoes off. He wears a leg brace that connects to his shoe...he can't walk without it. The owner told me it's not discrimination to tell a person with disabilities they can't come in because "no shoes" is on their sign. My dad didn't want to make a scene, so he just sat by the door. Tons of activities and extremely clean and organized. My 2.5 year old played and played for about three hours and had an absolute blast! The reason I gave it three stars instead of five is because of their policy of full price admission at 6 months of age. Once my youngest turns 6 months I will have to pay full price for him and I cannot justify paying $18 for one to play and one to sleep the whole time. I've taken my 3-year-old grandson to play here about 5 times, and each time the facility has been clean, and he's had a great time. I expected yesterday to be no exception and checked the hours online before making the drive from Ellijay. Upon arriving at 2:20, the manager told me they were closing at 3 for a private party. I asked if my grandson could play until that time. She said he could and offered a snack as compensation for having to leave so soon. She then charged the full price of $10.69. When I told her that I wasn't willing to pay that, she said, "That's fine." It was clear that she didn't care that a child was going to be very disappointed. An effective manager would have allowed the child to play for free for that small amount of time or charged a reduced fee. It broke my heart to lead him out without getting to play and to see his tears and hear him cry when I put him back into the car. read more

This place is wonderful for young children. TONS of toys, activities and fun for little ones. I would probably recommend best for kids who can walk/stand to about 5 or 6 year olds mostly. Nothing stings worse than booking a party back in early September for then confirming 3 times the date and time because the owner seemed very preoccupied. Only to call 1 week prior to party to finalize and find out she booked you a completely different time slot. Their solution is everything is booked that day you can cancel if you need to we are so sorry.Yes we spent $65 on invites and made the time around ball games/end of the year parties but let me call 28 families at last minute and send off for new invites in 7 days turn around. It's a real shame the lack of professionalism when booking over the phone. We a have booked 7 parties with out fail in person ( over 4 years ) the 1 time via phone complete waste. It will be our last visit and party as this leaves a bad taste. read more

Super clean! I've never taken my littles to a soft play place due to the fact that I couldn't wrap my head around letting my kid roam freely in what I was certain would be totally gross. I was so pleasantly surprised when I took them to Crayon Panda! It's so clean! The owner was very sweet and you can tell she has a lot of pride in how the facility is maintained. Great place for a kid to run around with friends or not. Especially young ones on cold or rainy days. Not expensive. Only wish we could either bring in outside food or they offered healthy options to order. Also, would be nice if parents were more aware of their older kids around the smaller ones. The owner has no idea about customer service. At least good customer service. The staff does get it and some mentioned that they will be looking for jobs. The place is clean and a wonderful concept but that is the soon to be departing staff keeping this place functioning. We attended a party and the room was to be set aside for two hours. The what seemed to be a very helpful owner was cleaning among the guest to you need to get your guests and presents out after an hour and 45 minutes. They were right in the middle of opening the gifts. Who does that! When you have a great concept you can charge more as long as you have Superior customer service. After explaining the dissatisfaction the owner's offer was crediting off two bottles of soda. Now that's customer service but far from good. $4 soda and $20 pizza plus a owner that doesn't get it will soon lead to seeing the FOR LEASE hanging in the window. read more

I am giving Crayon Panda one star only because it is a cute concept for children. However, the place is poorly managed and the owner is rude and cavalier; her only concern is getting your money! I had booked a party from 11am-1 pm for my child's 2nd Birthday. She preordered the pizzas before we even arrived, thus allowing them to get cold! She doesn't have staff to direct you as far as when to play vs. go in the party room nor does she have staff to serve the pizza and cake! By the way, you cannot bring in any outside food or drinks according to her but the very same day as my party, she posted pictures of another group on Facebook enjoying cookies, crackers, and fruit! She failed to mention that we needed to bring ice, as we served the kids/adults hot 2 liters (3.99 each) and juice!! At 12:45, we decided to open presents! The owner interrupted in the middle of the second gift and told us that we had to exit the party room because another party was booked at 1:00! I told her that we had 15 more minutes but she refused to listen! I also suggested that she refrain from booking back to back parties giving herself 15-30 minutes in between for prep and clean-up! She had no words to say! She was unapologetic! Well, here is what I have to say: AVOID THIS PLACE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Our party was ruined and there are plenty of other places out there that are less expensive and better managed!!!!!!! read more
