Tried making me feel stupid and when I told him I KNOW it's my EVAP, he goes "No, it's your wheel bearing and suspension." *cue EVAP code on the code reader* Idiots. Immediately went to my regular mechanic for a second opinion and he turned off my check engine light, explained the problem, added steering fluid, test drived it around the block, AND cleared me for my road trip. ALL FOR FREE. If you can make the drive out to Madison Heights for Veterans Auto Repair, do it!! Nicest guys ever, unlike these idiots.

I took it to the dealership and I do not have a leaking head gasket but the timing cover gasket abd seals are leaking oil. Also my engine light has never come on prior to taking it to this shop but it came after abd I immediately took it to the dealership. So dealership says I have something going on with my EVAP system as well. It's just funny how all these issues happened within days of taking it to this shop. Coincidence?

Absolutely the best auto recycler I've ever dealt with. Customer service is more like a high-end…read moreluxury goods store at the mall than what a typical auto recycler exhibits. They have a good-sized inventory, well-managed inventory system, low prices, fast shipping, and expert knowledge on what will work/not work for your particular application. I am not an auto shop, just a DIY-er who grew tired of my local auto recycler's high prices, lack of inventory, and just plain BS-ing me to make a sale. I called Schram and spoke with Brad- he hooked me up with an electronic shifter for my Chevy Bolt and set up communication from not just Schram, but from UPS. I knew where that part was in the USA, traveling to me 1 hour after I bought it! And yes, the part worked perfectly and solved the common "Service Transmission" light famous on Chevy Bolts. Dealer wanted $1,200 to repair....My local auto recycler wanted $140 for the part after lying, swearing, and treating me like a junkyard dog....I bought mine for 1/2 price from Schram- and that included shipping cost. Installed it and the car runs like new. Thank you, Brad! Thank you Schram!
