For many of us, we never climb in there and the pictures clearly showed its condition. From there, Cory removed the old dirty plastic and debris left from the house's construction. He then leveled the ground by hand, so it would be uniform under the new plastic. He also cleaned the surface of the drainage pipes, tacked up loose insulation and wires, and inspected the ventilation vents. He installed the new plastic from the high side of the crawl space to the low end, and laid the seams so if any water was leaking in, it stayed under the plastic. The change was enormous, and the cost was very reasonable. Now the job is complete and we have a clean and dry crawl space. Job well done!

He meticulously assessed the extent of the water damage and developed a plan to address it effectively. Damage fixed. Installation of new pumps done. Encapsulation pristine. The crawl space is now transformed into a clean, dry and functional area. "You can call me anytime even in the middle of the night" he said one day while the work was still in progress and the rain kept coming! That same night, more water started coming in our living space and I took him to his word! I called at 1am. He came with a smile. So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that's a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn't control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $$. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions. We really enjoyed them and they made the job site so clean it was like they were never there (except for my new pump and my ripped out basement haha ) they clearly know this service/product very well and performed with a highest level of professionalism. The work looks great and I'm happy with the job. I want to review their work bc I feel it is a valuable service and as a company they need to take care of and value these employees.
