They charge $5 fee, another $17 fee and delivery tip is optional...who doesn't tip 15-20% for the convenience??? Nasty customer service guy said people don't tip and I'm too far! I have used this service only twice so far, but it's pretty great. I was able to get a sandwich from a place on Palm Beach that I have long wanted to try, but laziness and insecurity over having to dress well enough to be seen on the island kept me from going. Last night I used the App for the first time to get Mexican. I was notified by email when the driver got to the restaurant, and again when he left the restaurant. Very considerate. I love that the tip is added when you place the order, so no having to do math while in pajamas in your carport. Just the handover. Both times I had courteous drivers. It's very nice to be able to have something other than pizza or bad Chinese delivered. I look forward to trying other restaurants on their list in the future. read more

It's a shame that they over charge their customers. My husband & I went online for the restaurant we were going to order from & we came to notice that go cravy chargers 6 more dollars than what it is originally For example in the menu for the restaurant the fried rice was $14 but go cravy is charging us $20. Kinda of crazy. Not the only restaurant they over charge. I've been over charged many times. & I would totally understand having a up cost... but they charge delivery. So doesn't make sense to me. My experience with Cravy has honestly been anything, but pleasant. I've used their services somewhere between Three or four times experiences over the past few months and all, but one of them has had some kind of issue. The first time I ordered from them the food - after receiving something in the mail from their company.my food came over a half an hour later with both entrees missing. It then took another thirty minutes to get those entrees. The staff I spoke to was helpful though and so was the food once it got there so I resolved to try the service again since I knew they were new. The second time things went off nearly without a hitch, they were twenty minutes late, but we forgave it. The meal even came with a free drink from a company they were working with. I felt that the service was alright. The third time the food came cold and a little late again, but meh. It was alright. The fourth time they mixed up my order once more, forgetting a side dish and not following a meal correction and the deliver driver had been bold enough to inform me that he knew about it and mistook a side dish we had paid for as the "added bonus" we got. Another call and we got some charges waived and a coupon. Having gone away for a month and having been constantly been bombarded with emails and am now stuck at home with a sick relative. I decided to try to use Cravy once more since really, there aren't that many other options around here for that kind of service that I know of. I tried to use the website only to get an error message about my address. So, I called in. They informed me that they were no longer servicing my area...If you are no longer servicing my are a why are you sending me daily emails? Not to mention the only reason I know about your service was a letter put into my mailbox! Cravy has had problems from the start. I tried to give them multiple chances and they've managed to fail with flying colors. Ordered last night and it arrived cold and late. Couldn't reach them because their line was busy the entire night. Finally ended up reaching someone today and they decided they could refund me a $10 credit to my account on a $40 meal that was inedible. They also tried to blame the restaurant when there is a tracking system on their website showing the drivers whereabouts. I don't plan on using my $10 credit and would really like my cash back. ***Fast forward 1/2 hour***... These dudes (and dudettes) rock!! Every time I'm stuck in the office late night, I pick out whatever I'm in the mood for - from a bunch of really good restaurants - and have it brought to me. I just ordered a burrito from Taco Vida. Love that place. I love your service, because my order is always right, it's usually quicker than estimated, it's fresh, and I didn't have to clock out and waste 2 hours round trip. Update to my review, I've had called several times to order from crazy since my review and usual wait time for answers is still 15-25 minutes. I've complained to the restaurant owners and they've complained to cravy, so for now change. The wait time for call order is too long. And the restaurants they deliver from (depending on your location,,of course) are all high quality and fulfill anything that you're craving. I have been using Cravy delivery for 4 years. In the past they were great. Today I ordered from the brunch menu of a local restaurant. My order was placed 29 minutes prior to the end of the brunch service. I promptly received a confirmation email from Cravy for the order. Five minutes past the brunch service I received a phone call from a Cravy rep telling me that the restaurant had run out of the ingredients needed for the omelette I had ordered. I asked the rep if I could get a different kind of omelette and she told me she asked the restaurant that question already and was told that they didn't have the ingredients to make an omelette. After that she admitted that the order was not placed with the restaurant in time for brunch. So, I ordered a burger. I had to remind the Cravy rep that she needed to know how I wanted it cooked. I told her medium. The food finally arrived. The burger was (literally) raw in the middle. I put it in the toaster oven to cook it myself and called Cravy to tell them I was not happy. Although the customer service rep sounded very annoyed at my complaint, he took off the delivery charge. The customer service rep repeated over and over that the fault lay with the restaurant. Then I thought more about it and decided I didn't want the burger at all. I didn't expect to pay for a burger that I had to cook for myself. I called Gravy back and got the same very rude, obviously annoyed customer service rep. He said he would remove the burger from the bill, but I had to return the burger. I had no intention of eating the burger, but I was struck by the mean spirited response. Ordinarily, a delivery company would never send their driver back to pick up the unacceptable food. This company and this representative were so cheap and cheesy that he said he would refund the burger if I packed it back up and gave it back to Cravy. He went to the trouble of sending a driver back to my residence to pick-up the burger. It's a shame to see that Cravy has devolved into a cheap nickel-and-dime operation that is not even able to deliver what it promises. I use restaurant delivery several times per week. I will never use Cravy again. I also just discovered that Cravy has recently come under new management. They obviously have no respect for quality service. Very displeased with this service. Not only as every item in my order wrong but they delivered items that I was allergic to. Instead of offering to refund my money they simply told me to throw away the food (which obviously I had already done because i couldn't eat it!) and tried to give me some excuse that the item I ordered wasn't even on the website. I would love to use Cravy if they actually followed through on what is listed on the website. It says they now deliver to my zip code, however from what I can tell, the only thing they'll drop off is gift cards to Cravy... Pointless. When I tried to contact the company, I was given the generic 'type in your zip code and see the restaurants to choose from!' answer, but when I responded saying there were no restaurants to choose from, the person I was speaking to never responded. And in true *most annoying thing ever* fashion, I could see they were reading the messages, and were just choosing to ignore me. I live in an area that doesn't normally have these delivery services and was so excited to finally have one, but I guess I was wrong for expecting a company to advertise their terms correctly. This place is simply a last resort type of deal for me, but they do exactly what they promise to do so I can't fault them. Ordering process was easy, they give you updates online on how far the driver is from your place, and the deliver is actually pretty fast. The huge drawback is the price. 5 dollar delivery fee on top of your meal which they place minimum purchase prices at about 25 bucks or more is steep. Then that doesn't even include tip. I can only recommend this service to people that maybe either are on vacation or don't have live in an area with good delivery options and they don't mind spending the money to get Cheesecake Factory delivered to their door. Decent delivery but extremely overpriced. $5 delivery charge (which is the most you'd find on eat24) and 18% automatic gratuity to the driver on top of that. I have used Cravy twice now and the service has been great! Everything I have ordered has been just right even down to the extras I have asked for. The deliveries have been on time if not earlier than quoted and the food has been hot. I had the same driver for both deliveries and he was great. Nothing like getting BurgerFi delivered to my front door with extra crispy fries like I had asked for! Definitely give them a try. Horrible service ordered for my employer,food was an hour and a half late.Driver forgot salad dressings as well as utensils and had to return to restaurant twice. His appearance and behavior were very odd. He had bloodshot eyes and he smelt like Marijuana. I am not against these lifestyles choices but not when handling food for the public. We've used this service four times in the past and every time it was great! Exactly what we wanted, the hot food hot and the cold food cold and always delivered on time. Today, unfortunately was very different. We tried on two different desktop computers, a tablet and a laptop to order from Cravy and each time we couldn't pull up the list of restaurants. When we called Cravy to ask for help we were told it was our fault, that it was working fine for him and that we needed to clean out cookies, chaches and histories. We did that. The site STILL did not work (I assume that too many people were ordering). I asked if we could order by phone and he said yes but that it would cost an additional $2.00. I know $2.00 isn't much (we were going to order $80-$90 worth of food from Cheesecake Factory) but it's the principle of the thing. So Cravy's loss is Pizza Hut's gain. And I'll think twice about ordering from Cravy again - because I think it's their website's fault that we couldn't get in. One computer, yeah, it's our fault. But not with 4 different devices.
