    Sweet Potato Fries

I... don't know how to feel about the food. My bowl was very good looking. I think everything by itself would've been good, but in a bowl it didn't work. The turkey was tasty, but it just was missing something. The chicken has NO SEASONING. I think that really threw me off. It just felt very mediocre. My boyfriend says he liked the amount of chicken in the bowl but it had no rice really. We had both gotten the carrots that looked straight out of the bag. Very sad. The sweet potato fries looked like they had been thrown in the microwave for five minutes. I think I'd like to go back to try out other things that are already on the menu and not a BYO but just kinda bummed out...

Jarrod is so welcoming and kind! I loved the quality of service and variety of health options. I always crave something sweet, and these dark chocolate buckeyes hit the spot. They are only 100 calories in one!! The music and inspiring quotes make this a must-try spot.

Unique spot for healthy food with great portion sizes. Easy location, with lots of parking, friendly staff, very clean and lots of options to choose from for your food. The food isn't heavy on oils and seasonings but they do offer different sauces to choose from on the menu and if you are dinning in there are spices (pictured) you can use to add into your food.

I stopped in here after a dive looking for something healthy and fruity. I ordered the tropical smoothie expecting real fruit. Unfortunately all of the flavors are a syrup that has a bitter sugar substitute flavor. I can appreciate that it was likely a low sugar flavoring but that combined with the chemical taste of the protein powder just fell short of satisfying. I will say though their regular food menu did look good. Next time maybe.

I love how this restaurant provides low calorie, high protein meals at a good price. I ordered the Queso steak meltz with apple slices. The melt was amazing. I wasn't a big fan of the apple slices, I'd prefer to get a whole apple without the peanut butter sauce as the sauce was a little too sweet and candy-like for me. I love the idea that you can walk in any time and get some healthy meals to-go for the whole week. My friend enjoyed the salad and smoothie here too. I would've given 5 stars, but after the meal my stomach felt a little funny (maybe it was the peanut butter sauce?). Hopefully it was just a one-time feeling. I'm excited to come try another meal from here again.

I am on vacation from New Jersey, and decided to eat here for takeout. It did not disappoint. We wanted a healthier and tasty option for food and ate here. I had a medium bowl with protein noodles, spinach, carrots, green peppers, chicken, and cilantro like dressing. We also had the Clean Nachos. (Felt guiltless) Both were fresh and tasted great. I recommend as a treat/snack the buckeyes which taste like a Reeses but loaded with protein and not sugar.

Great lunch that felt healthy! Good friendly service. Tried take out for watch your waist wrap and Grecian wrap. Just the right size for lunch. There are house made desserts like oat bars, protein balls and some amazing peanut butter and chocolate balls- OMG!!

Drink bar for comp drinks isn't secure for Covid. I wouldn't use it.

Clean. When you call yourself "clean," being Covid-ready might be good. They have line dots on the ground, and the front staff is wearing masks. Dine-in is the problem: Tables aren't spaced or shut down for six feet. Even for take-out, the complimentary drink area should be behind the counter, not for guests to self-serve, as that's a covid contact point. Staff in back has gloves but masks not covering noses. As soon as I told them that I wasn't happy about eating inside with tables not marked as closed to achieve distancing, suddenly the gloves went on to staff. Masks were worn. The food? Not good. Portions are small to meet calorie counts. Their large bowl is Bolay's small. No white rice. Just brown. Noodles like white cardboard. Bland mushrooms that were dry. Bland beans and corn. Thai sauce? Not enough to mask the flavorlessness of it all. We tried it. Ended up eating something else. If I want Chipotlesque healthy, I'm going to Bolay. They sell healthy shakes, wraps, protein powders and stuff in bags. Its location, opposite Home Depot, tucked off the ave, may not be a big draw for nearby offices. It was pretty sparse on a weekday lunch.

Love this little boutique of a grocery store. It's a natural/organic blend of merchandise…read more There's a nice full selection of produce with an abundance of apple variations. There's also a nice full range of tropical fresh fruits and veggies. I rarely see apricots in any grocery store but there were plenty here. I want to try and make homemade duck sauce with them. There are frozen foods, dairy products, vitamins, hair, skin and overall health forward items. The baked goods looked really yummy and had a lot of different types of pastries. Many were even marked down. They have my favorite past time snack....nuts in a shell (almonds, walnuts and pecans). Very nicely priced and lots in stock. I really enjoyed visiting here for the first time. There is only one Sprouts store in Louisiana (Baton Rouge) but it would be nice for them to come to NOLA or Metairie. Bags are $.10 each so bring your own or pay for them. They are pretty sturdy plastic bags though.

You can stand at the entrance door and see all the isles. I couldn't believe all the fresh vegetables and fruits different types of nuts and candies. I went there to get some " Citric Acid". I couldn't find it. One of the managers came out and walked through the store, to help search for the Citric Acid. But to no avail. The manager then went online and searched for the Citric Acid in other stores. She directed me to Target and Wal-Mart to get the product. I wished I had remembered her name. She was some pleasant and did her job with a smile.
