This company is an absolute rip off. We moved into our house and called the first day to request a…read moretrash can since we would soon have a lot of trash. We were told it would arrive on that coming Thursday. Well that Thursday came around and there was no trash bin. So I called that next day, on Friday, and asked what was going on. They tell me that the trucks could have been running behind or they could have broke down. Then they tell me that they will have one out to me that next Thursday. I asked her if there was any way we could get one sooner since we already had trash piling up from that week and she said no. So the next Thursday comes around and STILL no trash can delivered. So I call back again that same day and ask why we still have not received our trash can, she says that it will arrive the following Thursday. I tell her we need a trash can delivered that next day or They can just take me off the list because we now have 2 weeks worth of trash just piling up and starting to smell in our garage. She says shell transfer me to someone higher up. I tell this lady what was going on and she says they can't deliver one the next day cause the trash only runs on Thursday. I tell her to take my name and house off the list and that we were going to hire someone else, the next day they drop off a trash can. Then I get my first bill and they have me charged for service on the FIRST day I called even though we didn't get a trash can until over 2 weeks later. I call back in there and have to tell them to change the date on when my service started. I get a bill for $25 then a $60 bill. AGAIN I call in there and they say that it's a $25 delivery fee (WHAT A JOKE!!) then $60 every 3 months.

If you are dumping solid waste take a right and just slowly drive over the scale to the other side. If you have a trailer of stuff I would suggest taking a left and go up the hill to dump. A bucket loader will be up there to push your stuff once you dump/throw it out. Otherwise throw your stuff in the dumpster that you can see to your left. When finished drive back over the scale and stop at the window to make payment, no $100 bills. It's a simple service if you are a regular. Hopefully this helps out any first time users.

They also had a lot of stuff out that still needed to be priced. I found a very old socket set I was interested in, but couldn't buy it because it was not priced yet. I did find a few bargains such as packs of cotter pins, hose clamps, screw extractor bits and heat shrink tubing for .25 cents a pack. The three stars for the store but five stars for the staff as they were friendliest, most helpful staff we have encountered at a Restore in a very long time.

Day prior, someone called to confirm and told me to have cash. I pulled it out the cash that morning. When the technician called ( we'll after the discussed time) 8-12, He stated it was $300. He arrives around 1:30. At this time, he immediately asks if I was with a certain company for sewer service. I said I am not sure, as I only deal with the water company. He said we'll your pump isn't working and they need to handle this. I was like wow..ok. guess I dodged a bullet. He said we'll I still need a service fee. I'm ok. Sure gas and all. How much? Mind you he did NOTHING...just drove here, got out looked at the box on the wall and left. He said $175 WHAT?? Mind you the entire service was $300. He took $180 gave me no change and wrote a receipt for $175. Ok it's just $5 but that's just being dishonest. I called the office to get clarity, Mind you Noone mentioned a service charge..not once. I spoke to 3 people and Noone mentioned it. I understand compensation for time, but man that's ALOT. The worse part for me was the rude woman that had a horrible attitude with me. As promised I am speaking out about my experience and the rude and unprofessional way I was treated. I wonder how many people they do this too?? In the end I was serviced by the right company and didn't have to pay them anything else. Yes I should have known that it is a free service provided, but air didn't. I have only dealt with them for business reasons in the past not personal. I will never use their services again due to the dishonest way they operate. I hope you all are more informed than I was. Ask about fees up front. Ugh lesson learned. Have a blessed day
