If I could give 0 stars I would. I reached out to have my septic pumped. I was asked my address and given a price. A date was scheduled. Day prior, someone called to confirm and told me to have cash. I pulled it out the cash that morning. When the technician called ( we'll after the discussed time) 8-12, He stated it was $300. He arrives around 1:30. At this time, he immediately asks if I was with a certain company for sewer service. I said I am not sure, as I only deal with the water company. He said we'll your pump isn't working and they need to handle this. I was like wow..ok. guess I dodged a bullet. He said we'll I still need a service fee. I'm ok. Sure gas and all. How much? Mind you he did NOTHING...just drove here, got out looked at the box on the wall and left. He said $175 WHAT?? Mind you the entire service was $300. He took $180 gave me no change and wrote a receipt for $175. Ok it's just $5 but that's just being dishonest. I called the office to get clarity, Mind you Noone mentioned a service charge..not once. I spoke to 3 people and Noone mentioned it. I understand compensation for time, but man that's ALOT. The worse part for me was the rude woman that had a horrible attitude with me. As promised I am speaking out about my experience and the rude and unprofessional way I was treated. I wonder how many people they do this too?? In the end I was serviced by the right company and didn't have to pay them anything else. Yes I should have known that it is a free service provided, but air didn't. I have only dealt with them for business reasons in the past not personal. I will never use their services again due to the dishonest way they operate. I hope you all are more informed than I was. We called Craven Ag Services, INC on Friday saying we had a septic issue in the afternoon, they were very attentive and marked it as an emergency. First thing in the morning they had a tech, Sheldon who came out around 8:20 am. He was very polite, professional and got the service done quickly. This company provides product and services beyond any customer's expectation. I ordered 50/50 mix top soil and compost this morning. My call was quickly answered as were all my questions as a new customer. The delivery was made to my house within 4 hours. Granted I was lucky w their schedule but it would have been delivered the next day. The 50/50 mix was absolutely beautiful. So smooth. I can't wait to get planting next month. So we had a semi-emergency with our septic tank and needed it pumped ASAP. After calling several companies and being told it would be at least a month, Craven Ag was able to squeeze us in for a Friday late afternoon appt. Josh came out and answered all of our questions. He provided insight into our issues and was overall knowledgeable and friendly. He pumped the tank and saved the day! Great company and great customer service from start to finish.
