Shirts were ready the next day as promised. Since their sign now says $3.49 instead of $2.99, I'm guessing they increased their prices on suits & uniforms. All said, I'll be back, because they delivered what they promised in a timely a manner for a reasonable price.

We will move on to another dry cleaning business after years and significant financial outlay regarding our clothes entrusted to 2.49 or 3.49 Cleaners. Our last experience with this dry cleaning business included two fairly new sweaters, a very nice sweater set that they had cleaned for us two or three times without issue. This visit returned the sweater set ruined from application of excessive heat. The sweaters were melded together from within having to be pried apart. Fibers broken and fibers shedding made the sweaters unwearable. That is over $150. of loss. A month passed before the owner responded that he took no responsibility for the damage. We have read this response in other reviews. Maybe the owner feels no community connection as B and W did if a problem occurred on their end. Maybe the owner is less responsible than he/she could be. Maybe the owner does not care. We embrace all of the above for our personal and business interactions, and therefore cannot and will not return to this business. Your customers deserve better. Your employees deserve better.
