While promos seem like a great deal and cheaper than others, it's because of hidden in fine print that literally "expire" services you've paid for or provided ZERO recourse if you aren't happy with results. No ethical business would have these kinds of policies. (Emailing customer service is not going to change the terms of the contracts or programs you provide. I'm already aware you can buy more to "unlock" your expired units. I still am not sure how it's legal that you can expire something that was paid for... other than the aforementioned contract. April did my lashes, and though her previous appt ran a bit long (that girl is BOOKED!), I didn't have to wait too long. And honestly, the wait is worth it. I appreciated that they accept "foreign" fills and didn't charge me for a full set (like other salons do). I told April what I wanted, slight cat eye and somewhere between hybrid and volume and wow she blew me away. I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes.
