What beautiful cookies with fantastic flavor combinations. I've eaten these at events and ordered for their delivery 5-6 times and 4 of the times they are unfortunately still dough when they arrive, with the taste of uncooked dough (that flour taste) so they've either been cooked additionally in the oven or thrown away. Two of the times they were delicious! Fully cooked, still warm, and ooey gooey inside from the chocolate and melted butter. The most recent order of their current pumpkin flavor is unfortunately inedible. But they sure look and smell delicious! It seems like a quality control issue since some orders (of the same type of cookie) arrive fine and others do not. In my opinion, Crave beats Crumbl on the cookies. The cookies are warm and gooey when delivered. They're not overly sweet and there is a perfect amount of chocolate chips in them. The perfect balance. When ordering from Crave's website, it does not allow you to pick 4 different kinds of cookies as Crumbl's website does. I'd like to be able to do that option. I go to the Clovis location. It's a pretty generic looking building, and the ambiance isn't anything amazing. However, the cookies are delicious. They are a large cookie which does translate to a gooey center. I like that. The two mainstays on the menu are chocolate chip and churro (a white chocolate chip with a cinnamon sugar topping) and both delicious. Of the rotating options, circus cookie is my favorite . I placed an order for delivery at 5:56 pm last night as a Valentine's Day gift. I was told that my delivery window was 7:15-7:25pm. At 8:39 pm I called because this GIFT for Valentine's Day had not been delivered (the recipient even stayed home to wait for the drop off). I was told at that time that I had MY information wrong, that Crave showed my expected drop off time at 8:30PM and that the cookies were just picked up and on their way out for delivery (It's important to note that I had the email and web receipts in front of me indicating my earlier delivery time and told the employee this) . At 9:45 with still NO DELIVERY. I attempted to call the store and it went to voicemail and the voicemail would not let me leave a message. I sent an IG message and an email for support requesting a refund and the original order to be sent. This morning with no response from CRAVE, and never a delivery (recipient has Ring to verify), I called and spoke to a staff member who let me know they could do nothing for me, and that yesterday was just super busy because of the holiday. After insisting a manager call me back I FINALLY got an email response (not a call) saying the order was delivered at 7:30. No, no it was not. Calling customers liars and not owning up to this incredibly embarrassing event (for me and you) is the best way to lose customers. read more

Someone publicly asked them if they would consider making a vegan cookie. (Just FYI- Oreos are vegan so are Nutter Butters). My point is..people eat delicious vegan things even if they don't realize it's vegan. They responded to this customers question with "No. we don't make gross cookies." My ultimate favorite is the chocolate chip but I just had their delectable Fudge Brownie and it's definitely a cookie I'd like to permanently see on their menu. I have yet to cycle through their others and will give them a try especially since they now have a store front and I can mix and match cookies in a box. Absolutely mouth watering warm cookies. I don't have a huge sweet tooth but when I do it's usually a warm gooey cookie or brownie. I was introduced to CRAVE last year when my in law bought some for the family. They talked highly of this place so my expectations were high. They're made and delivered to you so you always get a warm batch. We got chocolate chip and churro. My first reaction was how HUGE they were, and for the price it definitely made sense. When it was broken in half my eyes lit up...I already knew from the looks of the inside it was going to be up my alley. I took a bite and just melted. It met my high expectations and now I have high expectations for cookies haha. I loved the classic chocolate chip a lot more than the churro.
