I got my boyfriend's sister a cute halter top from the awesome sale section at the front of the store and scored myself some cute and super cheap earrings. The sales associate was warm and friendly and noticed bf's Cuban accent immediately. She asked us about our backgrounds (it is weird to some people to see an Asian girl speaking Spanish in a Cuban accent). I'm a knock off bag connoisseur and have a sharp eye for small details. The ones I picked up here would fool even die hard luxury bag collectors. I'll admit, these bags are a bit pricier than the flimsy ones at the pop up stands, but WAY cheaper than LA/ NY imitations of the same quality. Don't be scared to haggle! The entrance that is currently open takes you through the men's department. Tons of surf brands, some I have heard of, others not so much so. Really cool shirt designs that you don't find at every other department store. Also, there is some cool Puerto Rico branded shirts (Hurley jumps to mind). In addition to apparel they have shoes, hats, drinkware, swimsuits, etc ... tons of stuff to look at. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I couldn't find the size I needed for a tshirt and one of the workers went through a very large stack trying to find one for me....success! I appreciate how they treated customers and tried to make it a nice shopping experience for anyone that was in the store.
