I'd leave less than one star if I could. I tried getting medicine for a UTI. They ordered a urine test for me on Christmas eve and called in a script for me but not told me not to take it until I had the test done . I told them I would try to get it done asap, but with work and the holiday it might be a couple days. On Christmas day I wasn't feeling well and it felt like it was settling in my kidney, so I started the antibiotics in hopes that it wouldn't get worse. After taking it for a couple days with no improvement I called the on call Dr since it's the weekend. I wanted to see if they would call in something else. The Dr said no and hung up on the receptionist. He didn't even ask any questions about symptoms etc. I asked her what I was supposed to because its Saturday and I wouldn't be able to do anything until possibly Monday. She said he told her I should go to the ER. I suffer from dizzy spells and told her I had no way to get there. A UTI is hardly worth going to the ER for. Plus, after taking an antibiotic for a few days already they wouldn't be able to do a culture. They would literally do what I'm asking him to do! She called him back and told him I had no way to get to the ER and he said he won't do anything. What happened to do no harm!? What an arrogant Dr. that clearly doesn't care about patients well-being. Save yourself aggregation, pain, and suffering and go somewhere where the Drs still care about patients. read more
