Review for: Keith's Service Center…read more Recently had 3 vehicles in for service, a 20-yr old Impala (inspection), a 5-yr old Suburban (inspection) and a 16-yr old Kia (AC issues). Prior to that an '85 Suburban for major refurbishment, both mechanical and body. Without the excellent work on the '85 I couldn't have sold it so quickly (it was a drive-by, totally unadvertised). The Kia delivers the 'cool' in our hottest recent weather and the inspections were routine and timely. Is anything cheap these days? Hardly. Because of where it broke, I ended up parallel parked on a busy city street. I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction. The wheel had to come off and the car had to be towed out at an angle. But Robert made it look easy. I highly recommend using Hi Tech if you need a tow out of a difficult situation.

His so called mechanics are slow and not very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They started working on my trailer at 3:00 pm and finally finished at 4:45 pm. The job was replacing 5 hinges on a 53ft trailer door I was charged 20 dollars a piece for each hinge, 25 dollars for 15 nuts and bolts and here is where they ripped me off and totally stole from me....... The total repair time was 1 hour and 45 minutes.. 45 minutes was spent walking around changing songs on their radio and finding tools. The actual hour they spent working on my trailer was worth maybe 110 dollars an hr. Anyway let's recap here. 3:00pm - 4:45pm = 1:45 hours They charged me 3.5 hrs in labor. 385 dollars and when I confronted the man he said i can bill you up to 4 hours.. Sir your a crook. I timed them.. they spent 1 hour actually working on the truck and 45 minutes doing nothing. Where do you get 3.5 hrs from?? Just cause you can charge someone up to something doesn't make it legal or right.

When my girlfriend picked up the car after the repair and drove away she noticed the camera in the mirror didn't work. She went back and asked one of the owners about it and they said "oh yeah, only the dealer can correct that issue, we aren't allowed". He was nothing but rude about it. I called a few days later to further understand why he didn't know up front that they weren't able to complete the job. He acted like they didn't know the mirror needed to be calibrated and basically lied to me that it wasn't known at the time of the estimate. Meanwhile when the vehicle was picked up he acted like they didn't even know. I would not trust them ever again and they don't deserve anyone's business. If i could give them a zero star rating I would but google requires at least 1 star to post comments..
