Absolutely the worst legal service I've every used!!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for citation service.
Since I'm dealing with an attorney here, I'll be sure and meter my review. While his firm might be horrible at customer service, listening, communication, and follow up... I'm sure they would take pleasure into contorting this into a defamation case.
Regardless, I hired this firm to represent me for a few VERY old traffic citations. On all three citations, they simply took the prosecution's initial offer, and got DA (deferred adjudication) to keep it off my record. OH, except they let me know 10 days too late that the case had been handled and I missed the payment deadline. That cost me almost $100 for their mistake, and I was left holding the bag.
After the first citations were handled in this manner, I told the clerk/paralegal -specifically- that I did NOT want them to plea-out the last citation (it was FIVE years old...yes, five). I was clear that I wanted them to reset it for trial and not to take the "deal" unless it was for dismissal. The clerk informed me they would call me and let me know the outcome. Well, a week after the court date, I got the letter in the mail letting me know about my "reduced" $300 fine. The phone call came two days AFTER the letter in the mail. The lady on the phone did not care what they had previously agreed to, or that they had completely let me down in my request. My belief is that when you hire someone for a service...you should receive that service.
Just FYI, you can get your citation reduced and the same DA all by yourself for free. You do NOT need a traffic lawyer to handle tickets for you. The only exception being that they can get warrants recalled without you having to appear initially....but you are still able to handle that part yourself too, you just need money up-front.
Moral of the story...find a DIFFERENT firm if you want good customer service, someone who will actually use/read/respond to email, will follow directions, and fulfill promises or follow explicit instructions.
I welcome any questions, responses, etc. read more
