One of the best fish and chips locations in Scotland, with a couple of non-briny selections for those not feeling the call of the bounding main. The batter or breading is light, the fish and chips well drained, frying is done in vegetable oil, and the main attraction, often local, is sustainably fished in northern waters. Grilling is available for those not relishing batter. Very clean, attractive and friendly, with wifi (!) and a view of Crail's picturesque High Street. Colin the owner is cheery and helpful, as is all the staff. A delicious and homey alternative to the crowds and crush at the also-good Anstruther Fish Bar down the coast. A scrumptious don't-miss! read more
