Handled business then left. After multiple times to contact Scott and discuss-he would leave the building before us arriving to show him the poor workmanship on the trailer-unwilling to have a conversation, look at the work, or revise the invoice to not include the truck to be included in the original price. Scott is SUPER unprofessional- sending emails to "Hey deadbeat-Pay your bills!" Then proceeded to take us to court for the balance!!! Definitely take your business elsewhere! The staff has always been quick to give me advice on how to save on my shipping costs. I love saving money and they help figure out the best price with the quickest delivery option. Offering the tracking number helps me and the customer track the package and anticipate delivery. I've only had to contact customer service one time and the issue was a misunderstanding on my part but the customer service dept was kind and understanding. I especially like how quickly I got through when I called. Every delivery I've received has been on time or early. Love the UPS store and the Delivery services. Give them a try and you'll be happy you did.
