There was an old gentleman there that was cranky, and slow, and didn't seem to care about what I personally wanted . I went in to get specific items and had them test My Water and all he did was try to sell me on several different things I know I didn't need. Plus, they didn't have the item that I actually needed . I left and went back to pinch a Penny and told them some of the information the guy had told me and they said that was completely wrong and that it should be illegal to give out bad information They have someone working at Pinch Penny that came from Leslie's and he vouched that they were only told to upsell, And had very little training . Every other spa place we checked had a 6 month to a year or more wait time. We ordered the Dr. Wellness G-6 Tranquility Series 6 person spa and it was delivered to our home in 9 weeks from order date. We had it delivered to the store and Keith arranged the delivery to our home an hour and half away. The delivery persons completely unpacked and put in place, all we had to do was get the electrician to finish hooking it up. Besides being a great looking spa, the jets pressure are amazing. Even though it's just the two of us, this 6 person spa gives us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the different jets. It has colored lights that give a nice ambience in the evening and bluetooth speakers that produce good sound. It's well made, easy to use and very comfortable, I love the lounger. Periodically I use their free water testing service even though I test at home. They give me weird looks when they see the length of time between my documented tests and make a point of stating how long it's been. Ironically my water is usually spot-on. Just recently I had an issue with particulate in my water. I called another store on Cape Coral Parkway for advice. But I purchased the chemical at the location in this review and followed up with some questions on getting the flocculate out of my pool. I received no assistance other than being told I shouldn't be doing things I don't know about. Pretty ignorant, so I called the store on Cape Coral Parkway in Camelot Isles. SO HELPFUL!!! They spent time on the phone and walked me through some steps. So on this note I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE ON PINE ISLAND RD and do suggest the one on Cape Coral Parkway. Your treatment as a customer will be reflected differently at each location Each store is independently owned.

We're providing the 2 stars only because the pool, once it was finally completed, is beautiful…read more However, getting it done was one of the worst experiences we've ever been through. Once the papers were signed in January 2022, things came to a screeching halt and the service was beyond awful. We physically went to their office multiple times to try to get responses to our inquiries since no one would get back to us. The timeline went from being completed in May, to August, and pushed out week by painful week. It was not fully completed until late February of 2023. The house was supposed to be a vacation rental but we couldn't rent it with the back yard torn up so we lost 7 months of rental income. Every step that had to be completed was a gut wrenching nightmare. We even followed up by chasing down some of the subs ourselves since we couldn't get answers from TP. They changed employees regularly so we'd have to start at zero with each new person. They also tore up part of the concrete sidewalk alongside the house and said they would fix it, but never did. The only upside was when Ian hit 9 months after we signed, there was only a concrete hole in the ground so there was nothing to get wrecked. Unless you have no expectations of a timeline or customer service, don't go there.
