They assured me that they knew how to fix the job and spent hours on the roof. The next rain came and the leak was worse, plus there was an additional leak caused by their work. None of that bothered me. I know roofs can be tricky. What did bother me is now I cannot get a hold of them. I've called and left numerous voicemails and texts to Rob, but he will not return my calls. It's been 3-4 weeks I've been calling. Seems like they've taken the money and run.

Said they would submit it to my HSA and I should hear back on Monday afternoon (it was Saturday morning). I called WEDNESDAY to find out they never submitted my claim details. THEN I learn they told HSA a completely different reason for the leak than they told me!! The type of leak they are saying isn't covered. I got TWO other roofing companies out to look st it, they both said the guy was full of it. I am having another roofer repair the leak (for $700 LESS!!) - avoid these people!!
