Today service manager Lee Cochrane came out for a request to relocate the unit to the furnace room where it would be less prominent, basically out of sight. What I thought would be a long and costly solution, Lee moved the unit in minutes connecting to condensation pump line to the one on the furnace. No need to drill a new hole to the outside. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking.
