We are very frustrated at this point. The person who comes to clean our house does a great job…read morehowever the support around that has been inconsistent and disappointing at best. We often get our service cancelled with no notice and have to call into the office to find out why no one has shown up. Today we were scheduled called and was told the service was cancelled so the person would be routed to another job. Its as if no one cares about the quality of customer service provided to their end users. We have asked many times if you need to cancel to at least give us a heads up but that rarely ever happens and at this point we would rather not get anyone than continue to be treated this way. The only reason why we have it listed at 2 stars is because of the quality of cleaning by the person who comes when they are able to come and actually do the cleaning.
