We have dont the painting thing and just enjoyed something that was different and we could be as creative as we wanted to. I will definitely be back with some different family members! This place is in downtown Waxahachie, next door to cute boutiques (that are overpriced) and antique stores. I could easily spend all day here doing different projects! Today at the Waxahachie TX Hobby Lobby Ms Shiela, with her gorgeous silver and black curls, helped me work out the measurements, MATHS!!!, Of the top and bottom fabrics with the width of the cotton batting. I spent over an hour in the store with Michelle while she tried to figure out how to get her computer to work and give me a price. She eventually said she would have to call me back. I called her four times over the next two weeks and finally gave up when she still couldn't give me a price. This past week I again made the mistake of visiting the store. I thought that I could simply purchase fabric to have someone else upholster a chair. I picked a fabric out and paid for it. Michelle stated on Monday that it would be in by Thursday of the same week and she would call me when it came in. She did not call at all. I called the numerous times on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday and could not get an answer. The following Tuesday, I again called and she finally answered. Michelle went into several different excuses including a fire in a warehouse and a family emergency. She finally stated that she hadn't even ordered the fabric. I told her I would come get my money back and purchase my fabric somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and do not even try to use this place!
