Neither does Wascana Auto Body or Western Auto Body. A lot of the shops just do R&R (remove and replace). LK Autobody gave me a quote that was 2X Wilf's quote. I spoke to a friend who has restored some old vehicles and he recommended Wilf's. I went in there and I have to admit the decor of the front office did not give me a good first impression (with the animal collection it is more like they are running the business out of their home). However it does have a very family type atmosphere. Anyway, I thought I would give them a try. The courtesy car was hilarious but it got me from home to work. The day after I dropped my car off I went back to check on progress and they let me in the back to talk to the tech who was working on my car. We discussed what the problems were and what he could do. The work was done on day 3 and the final result was beautiful. The welded patch was smooth and the paint job was excellent. Drove about 10 blocks and was getting honked at since my foot was nearly at the floor and I couldn't past 40. My brakes weren't working properly and my van was backfiring. I turned around and took it back. Told them it wasn't drivable. They said it wasn't their fault they are not mechanics. He was condescending, abrupt and refused to acknowledge any possible responsibility for the problem.
