Got caught in rain storm and had to stop first place available as the rain was coming down inside of windshield.. Complained to contact page, got response saying received and nothing after that. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…read more -------1st Replacement (07/30/2015): Poor quality glass first time around. Service was good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The first repair itself was sub-standard. My windshield on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was replaced by a non OEM windshield (which I expected). Glass quality was terrible. My windshield is now noticeably distorted and wavy, it looks like a heat wave all day now (starting to give me a headache). My rain sensing wipers also no longer work correctly. In addition, I had my drivers side front door window replaced. The glass itself was fine, however the interior panel was loose, and not clipped in properly. I called back the following week to discuss my concerns, and the manager was very helpful. He assured me that they stand behind all of their work, and that they would gladly replace my windshield and ensure everything is working properly. My vehicle is going back next week. ------ 2nd replacement (08/13/2015) I made sure to ask the staff (both when I called and re-booked the appointment, and at the front desk when I dropped my vehicle off AGAIN) to inspect the glass for defects before installation. The staff at the front wrote a note for the technician. When I picked up my vehicle, I was informed the technician ignored the note, and a defective/wavy windshield was installed AGAIN in my vehicle. When I took the vehicle out on the highway, it buzzes/vibrates in the wind. Another TERRIBLE installation. I don't know what the requirements are to become a glass technician at one of these shops, but this shop needs to hire some new technicians that are competent at their job. I now have to take my vehicle in for a THIRD WINDSHIELD. This is ridiculous!!! I am supposed to hear from the manager next week. This vehicle may need to go to a completely different company to get this rectified, if this shop can't get their things together. I'm going to demand my deductible back from this company ($100) as well as an equivalent rental/courtesy vehicle (Full Size Loaded SUV) for the day of the next installation . It is extremely inconvenient having to drop my vehicle off for a day and take a cab back and forth (for three separate visits). 08/14/2015 The very next day, I went to adjust the rear view mirror and it came right off of the windshield, trim pieces and all. Finally got it back onto the windshield without the trim pieces (which look like they are also broken), but the main clips are obviously damaged as it barely hangs on the windshield. So not only do they provide defective windshields, and are clearly incompetent at installing them, they are also damaging other items at the same time. I don't think I'm taking my vehicle back in to this shop or any shop owned by Speedy Glass. ------ 3rd replacement (date???) Not looking forward to it.

During the short wait, I got to observe their interaction with other clients on the phone and in the facility. The advice they gave was always very helpful to the customer, even if, in one case, it meant not having the business. I have had stone chips repaired and windshields replaced at other auto glass places and have been treated as if they are doing me a big favour in accepting me as a customer.
