I would not trust taking my vehicle to any other service station in Regina. I had been dealing with a dealership since I bought my car and recently the warranty ran out. I had a concern with a noise I heard and was given an $800 plus estimate. After having several bad incidences happen with the service department at this dealership I decided to take my car to Kuntz's Automotive here in Regina, with a recommendation from a friend. The owner checked over my car plus another service man was asked to check it as well and both came to the conclusion this $800 estimated work was not needed. They could have gone ahead with the repair and I would not have been any the wiser but instead he explained why this wasn't needed and when he said to me he couldn't live with himself had he gone ahead with this repair, I knew I had found the one and only service shop I will ever trust to work on my vehicles. If there was a rating from 1-10 being the best, I would have a hard time giving them only a 10 when 15 even 20 wouldn't be enough to show my appreciation for how I felt leaving KUNTZ'S AUTOMOTIVE that day especially when all I could say was thankyou so much.

They got me in this morning, and replaced while I waited (only 45 minutes). I was already happy with service, paid my bill and left. As I was driving away I noticed a much smaller rattle still present. I called them, spoke to Kelly. He said to bring it right back, that they'd drive me to work, and take a look at it this morning and try to calm by lunch. So I went to work, an hour later I came out of my office to notice my keys returned, ALREADY?! I went outside and started it, THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM & BROUGHT MY VAN BACK!!! I called Kelly, he said it was a small $20 bracket, and not to worry about rushing back to pay, no rush, that they just wanted me to have my van back by lunch time. I'm so impressed. The shop claimed they were "abused" and didnt want to replace them even tho they were 1 month old! I said how can rear shocks get abused? They are on a family suv. We live just out of town and we do drive on gravel roads.. no where before the repair did they state i wont be able to drive on gravel because they is "abuse" the shocks they put on are just cheap and low quality that cant stand up to normal wear and tear.. save the hassle and get your vehicle repaired somewhere else... i had to go to another repair shop keep in mins minute muffler charged me 600$ for 150$ in parts... the other shop said 4 year warranty or 48 000km no matter what happens we will warranty so i said driving on gravel is not "abuse?"
