KUNTZ'S AUTOMOTIVE is the absolute best, most honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced garage to…read moretake your vehicle to. Their staff are super friendly and very helpful. I would not trust taking my vehicle to any other service station in Regina. I had been dealing with a dealership since I bought my car and recently the warranty ran out. I had a concern with a noise I heard and was given an $800 plus estimate. After having several bad incidences happen with the service department at this dealership I decided to take my car to Kuntz's Automotive here in Regina, with a recommendation from a friend. The owner checked over my car plus another service man was asked to check it as well and both came to the conclusion this $800 estimated work was not needed. They could have gone ahead with the repair and I would not have been any the wiser but instead he explained why this wasn't needed and when he said to me he couldn't live with himself had he gone ahead with this repair, I knew I had found the one and only service shop I will ever trust to work on my vehicles. If there was a rating from 1-10 being the best, I would have a hard time giving them only a 10 when 15 even 20 wouldn't be enough to show my appreciation for how I felt leaving KUNTZ'S AUTOMOTIVE that day especially when all I could say was thankyou so much.

They told him he needed a new controller for it and that they would have to order it in and it was rather expensive. They put it in and within a month, the power window controller on the door came loose. He took it out to have a look at it. Turns out they went to one of the auto-wrecker/autoparts car yards and took the part out of an old vehicle. (I won't tell you how we knew.) They sucked him into paying for a brand new part but put in an old used part. Very dishonest. I would never take my car here.
