Hana, our Sales Representative and Fang, the Finance Manager did a great job, assisting us on our purchase of 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL trim. Both of them are accommodating, worked hard and fast compared to other car dealerships we had transactions with. Overall, our experience is less hassle. They find ways to make it easier for us, as we have four kids when we went to Regina Nissan. Keep up the good work and thank you! read more

I have been given a competitive offer for the car. Thanks to all involved including Vincent. At the same time, I would like to let you know that I had given enough notification and heads up for my pickup time and day. Though it took 2.5 hours to get the car. Account manager was not available, plate fixing took 30+ minutes!!!! Coz Vincent did wrong screw insertion and which damaged threads. Somehow the workman fixed it but that was so disappointing. Anyway, hope to get better and competent service in future. Looking forward to it. Have a great day! read more

Abhorrently poor service! They have absolutely no technical competence. They misdiagnose frequently and blame it on anything they can find. They will say whatever they can to get your money. Definitely avoid dealing with their general manager, Amy Stephenson. She will blame you when their technicians puncture your tire. read more
