waiting to see a counselor after my appointment time. Even though I was on time....smh...disappointed

Counseling service for EOPS is complicated. They have you go through a cyber Cafe, but it's not a face to face. You get 30 minutes and you are just basically texting eachother back and forth. Trying to type as fast as you can in regards to your curriculum plan trying to type everything you need to say and know withing 30 mins. I arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment. I called and emailed letting them know I am here. Counselor says knock on another Counselor door with only 18 mins left. She acted as I was late. Obviously Had no idea what was going, so I politely asked to be removed off the list. If this is how they conduct business for EOPS I don't want to be a part of it. I will continue to pay my own books as usual and stay in my priority 3. Either way it's a win win for all of us....

Went here for a swim meet. Nice college with timers and everything was well organized.

Bookstore hours. Google search says they are open until 6pm, which is wrong and costed me a 40min wasted drive.

I'm not a fan of the campus layout here. The cafeteria is on one end, so if you have classes anywhere on the opposite end, it's quite a trek to get to it. Parking is not plentiful. There is so much construction, that a lot of walkways and parking lots are closed off. There is parking on the side of the street, but only on one side, and is always full in the mornings. The buildings look old and neglected, both inside and out. The campus is far away from town, so leaving between classes is not an option. On the plus side, the view is nice and there are a good variety of classes available to take.

34th Respiratory class on the beautiful Crafton campus :)

I absolutely love this school. You have so many opportunities at this school..especially if you are interested in health care. Counselors are great and Professors are absolutely the best.

MRS. E!! That is all…read more Our kiddo was enrolled here over the summer, it's been a few weeks since her class came to an end and I haven't heard the end of how wonderful Mrs. E is. Thank you to Mrs. E for making our child's summer better. She really enjoyed being a part of your art class. As a parent only stopping here to bring my child in for a little something to do over the summer, I was taken back by the beauty in all of the the art found here, especially those pieces found in the art room where the children gathered for class. Astonishing works of art decorate the walls. My kiddo brought home some very unique and creative works being a student here. Classes were always punctual to begin and finish. The class instructor, Mrs. E, is really awesome with all the children. She's very soft spoken and has a calming demeanor. She's hands on in her instruction which is essential when working with young children. She kindly converses with her students, compliments and treats them with respect. We very much appreciated all of this. Little people appreciate this as well. So thank you! We will be back next summer. If I could change one thing about the several visits we made to the Redlands Art Association, it would be in the way we were received by the lady who wears a blazer with the short dark hair and glasses that sits up front. She's not very welcoming for being a receptionist or what you first encounter walking into this place. She isn't friendly, no smile, quite rude actually. Never once said hello, or attempted to speak to us. My 5 star review is specifically written for Mrs. E. If I were to rate my experience based on the lady sitting up front, and the way she acknowledges others, (or better yet, her lack of acknowledgement towards others) this would surely be a 1 star rating. There's another lady with light brown shoulder length hair and bangs that is very kind and welcoming. Much better! Nobody wants to leave their house to be treated rudely by another person, especially on a consistent basis.

First of all, there's no online registration available so it's a bit inconvenient as operating…read morehours are relatively short and you have to call. Quality of projects for kids is ok. Some staff are friendly and some are not. When asked if there are certain classes for kids, this lady at the counter looked defensive and replied dryly, "Only for those who have been here."

So grateful for Mrs Caroline, Ms Esly and Ms Rebekah in the Tiger class. They always made sure my daughter felt welcomed and appreciated. Margarita is the best! She knows every child by name, greets them (and the parents!) every morning with a big smile, and always finds a way to make each child feel special, whether it's with a sticker, a small gift, or just her kind encouragement. My son is in the Tiger class with Miss Carolyn, Miss Rebecca, and Miss Esly, and they are amazing! He has such a blast every day. They use this messaging app called Learning Genie and they send us pictures of what they're doing and updates and it really helps make us feel involved throughout the day. He recently transitioned from a half-day to a full-day program, and he's thriving, coming home with crafts, stories, and new skills. He's even starting to read at just four years old! I really appreciate how invested the teachers and staff are in each child's growth. They take the time to communicate with parents, provide progress reviews, and share what areas our kids are excelling in or can work on. You can tell they truly care. While tuition can be on the higher side, they do offer scholarships and subsidized programs depending on financial need. Because of that, there is often a waiting list, so if you're considering enrolling, plan ahead! Overall, this school deserves every bit of five stars. The staff, the learning environment, and the care they show for the children make it such a special place. We're so grateful to have found it!
