We had a meeting to cater in our North Haven, CT office on 7/25/18, expecting about 30 attendees. We needed additional tables and chairs which Bob was able to provide through a partner vendor he works with. Bob handled all logistics and pricing so we only had to deal with him for final payment. On the day of the event Mark came to set up, serve, and clean up and did a fabulous job on everything. There really is no need to go anywhere else if you need catering for your event - I know we won't!

The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed. When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal. PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didn't bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with. One of the tables had a leg that didn't work so we didn't even use that one. This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.

After going to small claims court, we lost our case - due to one sentence "IF written cancellation is received between the date of signing the contract and 30 days PRIOR to the reservation date. .. The judge pleaded with Bud and Linda to consider giving us some money back however the answer was "No way" from Bud. Even though we were only requesting for half of the full amount we gave. Again, Don't have your event here, the beauty of this place is a mirage from the AWFUL frustration you would endure dealing with these people. Also, reading some of the other reviews, pretty much had happened to us. There were additional charges two week before, then another charge a week before the wedding. Please walk away.
