They are lacking in choices. Any donut shop that has a bear claws is top notch to me, they didn't have any. Maybe I was just there late cuz their pics have lots of donuts I didn't see. They actually didn't have much and I didn't see any regular milk. I think they need a restock. It was a choice of where I was at the time but I do like the one factor that many shops don't have and that's a way to use a debit or credit card. That is a big plus to me. There must be thousands of donut places all over Southern California, but I just happened to stop into this place for a quick snack quite by random, and was I ever pleasantly surprised! This place is nice inside and it is definitely a cut above all the others. I purchased one of their blueberry muffins. The price was a reasonable $3. They were quite large and certainly one of the best muffins I think I've had in a long time. This is definitely the kind of place I will return to from time to time. read more

Stopped by for the first time today after seeing one of my coworkers from the clinic with one of their menu's in his pocket. I got some sort of bagel with egg and a mango smoothie with boba pearls in it. As soon as i made it back to work, I noticed A GRIP of hair not only in the bagel sandwich, but also inside of the mango smoothie!! As the number one fan of all things donuts, it's takes a lot to disappoint me. When I came in I stood there for about 5 minutes... no one was behind the counter or anywhere in sight. I would have left but I was asked by a friend to get donuts somewhere so I felt the need to follow thru. I tried to get someone's attention, saying "Hello?" multiple times... finally a girl came out from the back. The donuts weren't that bad, they were much much better than the service for sure. Oh and when I came out two guys were leaning on the drivers side of my car and as I walked up they didn't move. They looked me up and down and asked me for money. Good times. Omg i got the sandwich (i forgot the name but it's #25). So delicious! And the coffee is good too! Ask for half mocha and half regular and sweeten to your liking. We all got a pastry of our choice ( pineapple danish, strawberry cream cheese danish, and a sugared donut). Bomb place! We were on our way to the beach on New Year's day and they were open! A really nice sign that makes this place look not like your average donut shop and the interior is cute! Check this place out and support a small family business! :) read more

I was really hoping to love Crafted Donuts, since I had a perk for a free donut I decided to get a half dozen with my friend name, and they had so many fun sounding options to choose from. The donuts that we had from here was just ok, and tried a bite of them all . Below is a review of each one: Banana Cream- This was probably my favorite; as it had really Banana, and tasted like a pie PB&J- I love Peanut Butter, but wayyyy too much jelly inside and not the right jelly flavor to go with the donut Coffee- If you are a coffee love this was a really good donut as well, and did not taste too sweet Reeses- Tasted like eating the candy, but nothing special too it Boston Cream- The flavor inside was great lots of cream; however the caramelization on the outside was just way too hard and not enjoyable Taro- This donut had a lot of flavor going on, and the cinnamon on top was a good touch, but again nothing special. The staff was very nice and pleasant. They have so many other options though, and beverages and sandwiches. The size of the donuts were decent as well. Parking was easy since there were plenty of spots in this lot. Prices of the donuts were also really good prices $2-3. Overall, I thought the donuts were ok, but not worth driving the distance to come back. read more

there was a hair in my smoothie, i tried to pull it out and it snapped on the top of the cup. then i told the worker and he tried to pull the hair out smoothie. i just asked if he could make it over. then i went again on 6/6/25 and the same guy made me a smoothie, and this time he wiped his hand on his nose and didn't sanitize or anything. read more

Got egg shells in my sandwich, see photos below. I don't think it was by mistake because the female staff seemed off. I'm a bit monotone & some people think I'm being rude but I always say please & thank you to offset my lack of enthusiasm. But even if I was perceived as rude, they should not be putting non-edible things in their food. I've had two bad experiences with them so, I'm done going here. I went to Crafted doughnuts to get doughnuts and after making a selection of 6,they were put into the smallest box, I requested a larger box so the doughnuts would be intact.I was told by the manager who was a true A-hole that I would have to pay for the box as it cost him money. He then carried on about the financial end of the business and too bad I would have to settle for smashed up donuts. That is no way to treat customers, I will never be back, I have told all the people I know about the incident and he has lost quite a few customers and rightfully so. Don't let this "clean" donut shop fool you! I walked in and this morning there were a few people in line ahead of me so I was able to watch what was going on boy oh boy!!!! CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!! This gentlemen wearing gloves rang customers up, touched money, the register, counter etc and assisted the following customer with the SAME GLOVES! YES!!! Those filthy hands are now being exposed to something I'm going to EAT! Idk who owns this place but show your employees how to use the proper PPE! I have been housebound for a while now and one of my favorite things is donuts. Sometime ago my friend offered to pick some up, for me and my husband, each Saturday morning. I order about a half of dozen each time. The doughnuts are delicious but my friend always a problem with the managment to get a box large enough so that the donuts don't get all squished together. Last Saturday was the final straw!!!! As usual she asked for a larger box. The employee was about to get the larger box when the manager came out and told her to squish the donuts into the small box. My friend complained and he told her to pay an "extra dollar" for the larger box. My friend said , again, they would get squished. At that point the manager told her "TOUGH". My friend, as a long time customer, was shocked and said to him that she would never be back! Then she brought the squished donuts to me.
