And that was accurate, my problem is afterward I got my Bissell steam cleaner out and got way more out. I was surprised at the amount of dirt remaining in the carpet after it had been cleaned. They did a goodish job on my living room carpet. I still touched up some small areas. I don't recommend them for Berber carpet. I feel like I just should have done my carpets myself. It is not a good feeling to pay to cleaning and then clean it yourself again. They were honest and did warn me. I just don't understand why I can get better results with non professional equipment and products.

In preparation for my house to be sold, I contacted Royal Touch Cleaning to scrub my tile floors and grout in the kitchen, foyer, hallways, powder room and mudroom. The price for the work was very reasonable and the office contact (Rene) was responsive to my questions and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results and professionalism of the company. Thanks and Kudos to the team!

The tile and grout literally look brand new. 100% full recommendation for Avon Carpet Cleaning's grout cleaning. In addition, the price is very fair. Stay away at all costs - they caused 5 figures of damage to my house and ghosted me. We paid cash…read moreso have no recourse. The manager Jared is evil, evil, evil. I paid a ton of money for them to come clean my carpets and clean my vents. The techs dumped so much water on the carpets that the entire second floor smelled like dead animals and water ended up leaking into the first floor, causing enough damage that I have to redo my dining room. They also ruined a piece of furniture that was nailed into the wall when they pulled it away to clean the vent behind it. We saw them do it and called them out on it, and the company later refused to pay for the broken furniture. I didn't see that coming for a company with so many good reviews. Lot of excuses on the water damage - they blamed the water damage on the roof, so I had a roofer come check out the roof who said it wasn't the roof. They blamed it on the HVAC so I had an HVAC tech come check out the HVAC unit who said it wasn't the hvac unit. They had a water specialist come who said he couldn't say with certainty that it was from the carpet cleaning, but it could have been from the carpets. When we spoke to the water damage specialist, he said it likely came from the carpet cleaning. So unprofessional. They have completely ghosted us. I've called and texted Jared multiple times asking for him to connect me with the owner, and he ignores me. Complete ghosting. My bad for trusting these scam artists with my house. In response to Bills response below - I have an email chain asking for the photos where Jared says no. The report also was done several days after the damage was done and we had dehumidifiers and fans going full time to dry the carpet. Additionally, the report says the water damage was from a, " isolated water event rather than an active exterior or plumbing leak." We had our home inspection Wednesday and there was no water damage going down the wall into the dining room. Your team came Thursday. Then the damage was visible...
