After talking about all of the services they provide, they gave me a very fair price quote and they also happened to have an immediate opening, so we set up the appointment as well. On the day of the appointment, the guy showed up right on time as promised. He also gave us a phone call prior to arrival, which was helpful. As for the work, the job went very well. It took him about 2 hours to finish 7 rooms, 2 sets of stairs and 2 hallways which was impressive. Everything looked amazing when he was done! The guy worked really hard the entire time he was there and I really appreciated his diligence. He also helped me out when it was time to make payment. I was away from the house, entertaining my 5 year old in a local park when he was looking to collect. I asked if he could meet me at the park instead of having me come back home and he said no problem, which was pretty cool. Saved me a trip and ensured that my kid could keep playing. In the end, I would absolutely recommend these guys. Really outstanding experience on all counts.

We some issues with our sump pump down in the completely finished(carpeted) basement. This lead to…read moremold and having to rip up the carpet. I ripped up and resealed some of the upstairs carpet too. It had the same carpet as the basement so I thought I'd cut bad parts out and swap. When it comes to home improvement I am unskilled to say the least. I got it in my head that I was going to do the carpet myself. So believe you me I made a mess. I cut some too short and ran some the wrong way. All types of mistakes. I worked on it Friday 6pm to 3am Saturday and then again Saturday 10am to 9pm. By 9 I was laying on the floor wishing I didn't exist. I had this job really botched and didn't know what to do. This is when I called in a professional! I can't believe the awesome job Rob did fixing all the terrible cuts and seams I tried. It really turned out awesome. I can only imagine it's way harder to fix someone else's work than to just do it from the beginning. I was originally worried he wouldn't take the job once he saw what I did. FOR ONLY $300 smackers! I called up 3 weeks prior to the service to schedule. The day of service, about a 1/2 hour before…read moreservice, they canceled on us. This was upsetting. They also additionally mentioned that they couldn't serve us till 4 days later. When we gave pushback on that they immediately said they had an appointment for the next day. We took it. We received confirmation of the appointment. The following day they canceled again. We mentioned to them that it was unacceptable to cancel on us 2 days in a row with short notice. They then tried to tell us that we canceled on them the 1st time ( which we did not) and then they changed the story on us that we did not have a confirmation . When provided the confirmation number they were even persistent that they did not cancel and that we did. I will never be using this carpet cleaning service again.
