After two and a half years of postponements due to COVID, we were finally able to celebrate our Family Reunion here. Our guests raved about the setting, with the abundance of natural light, easy access to the outside and the immaculate surrounding grounds, and many amenities. Plenty of ideal settings for photographs, both inside the venue as well as outside. Best of all was the management and coordination provided by Adam Alexandrunas. He coordinated with us tirelessly for three years to ensure the perfect execution of our event. Since we communicated long-distance from California, Adam made a special effort to explain and describe arrangements. He also recommended an outstanding caterer and bartender, plus made several helpful suggestions throughout the process. The day of the reunion, he masterfully appeared at the appropriate moments to attend to every detail. Adam's excellent public address announcements helped guide our guests through the activities and food service. His actions allowed us to visit with our extended family, free from any concerns. If you are looking for an all-inclusive worry-free experience, your search is over. For a truly special event, consider ending with fireworks, as Greystone Fields is uniquely situated for such a display. We hope everyone can enjoy Greystone Fields as much as we did!

What a fun experience! You or someone you've known has done…read morethe "paint night" thing...well, this is way better and my new favorite crafting place! I signed up a friend and I for a class at Board & Brush. There is a calendar of events and for open project nights you can pick from any of the selections on their website to craft. Each project is priced differently depending on what you choose to do, and after seeing the quality of the pieces I think well worth the cost. Upon arrival, we had aprons and supplies waiting for us. You're encouraged to bring your own snacks and drinks. The staff was super helpful explaining the process for each piece you worked on and came around to help and keep things moving. The stencil part was a little hard but they were there to help and make sure your project came out as expected. There was a wide variety of stains you could choose from for your project and on the walls examples of every color. It was a really fun night and activity. Can't wait to come back and get started on the next one!

The staff is super trained...everything moves like clockwork. Mistakes are easily corrected. Advice is constructively given. And all of our projects came out so cute!! I can't wait to go back! I especially appreciated the staff...they were so positive and helpful. I wish I could single each of them out because nearly every one of them helped us in some way! This is perfect for a ladies night or a birthday celebration. While the pace is fast - there is still time for snacks and drinks!! So fun!!

This is a really cool park near Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Target around Upper St. Clair that I…read morelike to stop at whenever I'm in the area. The trail is great for beginners or if you just want a quick jog. There are several benches you can sit down on along the way, plus a tree stump in the woodsy part that you can also sit on to rest. It's a very well maintained trail that smells like freshly cut wood chips, and has a nice variety of terrain. I didn't see any dog poop (it's a no-dog park) and no litter at all, which the multiple trash cans around the loop definitely help with. While a good portion of the trail has the wood chips, some areas could use a bit more. After rain, a few spots can get muddy and it can get a little marshy in the grassy part where there is no trail. The outer loop is about 1.2 miles, and there are several spots where the trail branches off. There's a more "woody" section and a more "grassland" section, which keeps it interesting. It's also not hard to find parking at the church across the street. There's a lot of birds chirping and tons of squirrels and bunnies, and every once in a while you'll spot deer. Inside the barn fence there are lambs and sometimes horses, which is a nice touch. Also kind of cool is that there are wild chive plants around this trail which is common in the Pittsburgh area, and you'll find some growing in the park if you know what to look for.

The old house, and farm are really special, and I am so glad that the Upper St. Clair Historical Society maintains these buildings and property so we can occasionally get to visit and see how things used to be. Today they had all kinds of activities going on, from hayrides, petting zoo, sheep shearing, cow milking, yarn spinning, beekeeping, and of course tours of the historic house, barn and outbuildings, all of which are like a museum. This place was well worth the price of admission . . . FREE, but the suggested donation was $5 per person.
