I had a great time here. Glad someone suggested this place. The parking lot is small so parking will be an issue if it is busy. This place has plenty of throwing lanes and you can pay extra to upgrade the item you throw. I think they offer throwing knives, ninja stars, and throwing cards. I am sure there is a fourth option but I cannot remember. Marcus is the owner of the establishment and he is a great guy. You can buy some food here like hot dogs, nachos, and tacos. They have veggie and vegan options as well.   I had a blast and will return.

I was able to visit Craft Axe recently. Although I had previously participated in axe throwing, this was my first time doing it within the city of Memphis. Let me just say - this was by far my most favorite experience so far! I loved the fact that they had a DJ on site. For that reason - the vibe was even better that night. The owner of Craft Axe was nice and took the time to thoroughly explain techniques and safety. This axe throwing facility had caged lanes, which made you even more secure. The scoring system is manual here, but still fun! There were other games scattered throughout the facility such as connect four, cornhole and Jenga. Beer was served at the counters and I was able to order chicken tacos. We enjoyed a nice evening of axe throwing, picture taking, laughter and even a little dancing!. I'm looking forward to returning with friends and family!

I've been planning to do an axe throwing night out, and finally get it done. Thanks to Marcus for giving everyone an in-depth tutorial for throwing. I was so amazed at how easy it is once you take the first throw. I love that it's spacious enough to not feel cramped but still intimate enough for groups to hype one another up on the next lane. Tonight was amazing. I definitely plan to visit again soon.

Just a few of the lanes. Perfect place for a private party!

Really fun place and something different! Great for friends or couples outings, team building for co-workers, birthday parties, etc! No experience needed for throwing and Marcus is happy to give a free tutorial before turning you loose to throw! I thought I'd be intimidated but there was every skill level throwing (from obvious newbies to kings and queens of the bulls eye). Plenty of TVs so you don't miss anything on game days/nights plus a variety of local brews. Win win! Craft Axe is doing things right!

What a wonderful treat! My hubby and I decided to do something different for date night, so this was a great activity! The guide provided us with detailed instructions, and he even came back around to ensure that we were throwing correctly and having a good time. We had soda, beer, and chips, but there were options for other beverages and snacks. I'd definitely recommend this for either date night, or a group activity!

We had SO MUCH fun!! After a brief intro to throwing, we hit the lanes and threw our hearts out. Pros: - Super clean (and multiple!!) bathrooms - Great date night, or an evening alone to relieve some stress - Throwing axes is easier than you think. Just pay attention to the instructions and tips, and you'll be fine. - Friendly staff Not cons, but not pros: - Parking can be a little tight, so be mindful of that if you're going later in the evening. - There isn't a full kitchen, so the [tasty] food items are made at the bar. That's no big deal, but we had a large group so it took a bit to get our food out. Next time I'll likely eat beforehand and just get snacks there if needed. Enjoy your visit!

Dope spot for date night, game night or family night...or days! It's tucked off in the edge of downtown Memphis between Jefferson and Monroe with bare minimum parking. We ordered Groupon reservations online, saved about $4. Surprisingly, we were the only customers during our 1-hour reservations so we had the whole place to ourselves. The employee was nice and accommodating; showed us the ropes and even changed the music upon my request. They serve beer and not alcohol....I guess that's fitting. Cool place to bring the kiddos. Their are other games to play outside if axe throwing like connect four and corn hole or whatever it's called. I loved the local art for sale placed on the walls. Some black art, others....eh? a little freaky, demonic IMO

My son and I had a lot of fun here on a Friday afternoon. We were the only ones there. I think this place was relatively new on the day that we went. It was our first time axe throwing anywhere. The instructor was professional and pleasant. She gave us some helpful tips and in no time we were hitting the targets. The place was very clean and brightly lit. The place was a little hard to find. Apple Maps had the location off a little. I would recommend looking for 340 Monroe Avenue instead of 344 Floyd Alley.

We made a reservation online a week in advance for Friday night and had a great time! Denzel and Sam were super helpful as it was our first time axe throwing. It was busy in there but not overcrowded. We'll definitely go back soon!
