I was able to keep the pump operational until they showed up. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Then he used a zip strip to prevent any reoccurrence. He ran the pump numerous times to evaluate the strength of the pump (because of it getting hot) and told me that the pump was fine. Fast service. Honest evaluation. Showing up on a Sunday. Mikes gets a big recommend from me!

Mikes sewer had a 6 month guarantee on any back ups after the hydro jet, but failed to answer any of the multiple phone calls and voice mails I left with them! they ghosted me and charged me 600$, ended up having roto rooter come out and pull out over 10lbs of roots out of my drain line and took 3 and a half hours to complete the job properly! Mikes sewer and drain is a joke! Reccommend using any one else other than them!

We purchased a piece of land to build a new residence and had another company drill initially, but couldn't get a good well. I contacted Rod and he was very prompt to reply and meet me onsite. He used his knowledge and extensive experience to help us determine a new location to drill which turned out great and produces a lot of water. He kept in communication with me throughout the process and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. By the end of the process he felt more like a friend than a company I was dealing with! His website says "Shortcuts will cost you money!" and that is 100% the truth. He will always be my first call for any future needs. I am forever grateful to him!

I have NOTHING but good words to say about my experience with Hall & Jenkins Well Drilling…read more Rod Jenkins did a great job, explained every step of the process, and did what he said he was going to do without exception. I was extremely pleased with how smooth and easy the process was and I felt the pricing for the parts and labor were more than fair. I hardly ever leave reviews for products or services but his good reviews from other customers led me to him and now after my experience, I must agree 100 % with my satisfaction. On a lesser important note, from my first meeting with Rod until completion, the total time to drill a 100 ft. well and install all plumbing and equipment turn-key in less than 30 days. I get so frustrated dealing with contractors that don't return calls and never do what they say they will do. This company is the definition of old fashion ethics and integrity. Because of his knowledge, he found things that no other company noticed. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and in a way that I could understand, even with no knowledge of HVAC systems. He spoke very highly of the installers, which eased my mind and gave me confidence in the company. Finley and Joe were my installers. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately made me feel at ease. It was very apparent to me that they were knowledgeable with the install and that Mike had communicated with them about everything that needed to be done (removing a 1970's era humidifier from my crawlspace and patching the hole). I was pleasantly surprised with how polite both installers were to each other. They routinely checked on each other and told each other thank you. Finley even asked Joe several times if he was getting too hot outside. When Joe had a question, Finley would answer it respectfully. He never seemed bothered or in a hurry but genuinely waned to help. I don't think I would ever see this level of respect in another company. Finley and Joe did a fantastic job on the installation. They were very efficient and organized. They cleaned up the worksite and even made sure that the fence was closed for my dogs. Purchasing a new HVAC system and having strangers in my home that are sawing into my roof could have been so much more stressful than what it was. I cannot thank Mike, Finley and Joe for a seamless and stress-free experience. I will be a customer for life.
