We found Crabbers while on vacation from Arkansas and this is perhaps one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The service was beyond exceptional, an 11/10 if possible, with the kindest waitress (Emma) and the kindest staff crew. The restaurant was phenomenally clean and well-managed. I loved everything, from the tables to the music. Lastly, the food was extremely good and well-priced. They had many options and everything was extremely fair, especially for being in a bigger area. Atmosphere was good, they played good music and the staff were upbeat. Our waitress saved us a bunch of money by telling us about the buy one get one meals that we didn't pay attention to. All you can eat is well worth the price for the amount of food you get not to mention it is unlimited. Crab always cooked perfect, so good in fact you barely cracked the shell and it came right out. A little less juice in the bag would have been nice but still was good flavor. We tried many items and really nothing was terrible. We came here twice during our Florida trip, which says a lot. The menu is pretty confusing at first, but once you figure it out, the food and prices are really solid. We did the BOGO seafood boil combos (B & C) both times -- great mix of seafood for $45 for two people. That would easily be double where we're from in Seattle. It gets busy and the staff can feel a little frantic, but it kind of comes with the territory and everything still moves pretty quickly. I also appreciated that they give you a full roll of paper towels and unlimited gloves. They were out of crab crackers, which felt a little ridiculous for a seafood place, but we made it work. You know, sometimes when you have a hankering for something everything else will fall short. Grabbers had what we were hankering for and it still fell short. Their bowl is served in a bag with so much fluid its near impossible to open and serve. The costs for quantity is lacking. The cost for quality is non-existent. My boil had a 3 tastey muscles, 3 shrimp that were juice logged, 3 craw fish that were so badly cooked you couldn't properly open and eat them. The 1/4 piece of corn on the cob was good. My dinning companion had a lobster tail boil. The lobster tail was overcooked and chewy. We did order chicken wings. They weren't bad. We did ask them to bring the wings before the boil, but they served them together. The service was attentive to a point. Accurate to a point. Our server was friendly. I expected more, especially on Thursday at lunch time in a near empty restaurant. I won't go back. I can't recommend this restaurant either. It's just too expensive and lacking too much quality to make it a quality dinning experience. The friendly server and flavor of the wings saves this from a 1 star review. Was amusing that when we asked for handi wipes we were given a container of butt wipes. The place could also use a good paint job and cleaning. Oh, well. This was a great spot. The food was great. We went for two BOGO snow crab legs with sausage and corn and combo with shrimp. Tons of food. Two folks for the hottest sauce and loved it. What the place lacks in ambiance it more than makes up in food quality . We almost made the mistake of leaving based on the few people who were eating at the time we entered but luckily decided to give it a try. Very rude! I would not recommend this place. I asked to speak with Mia, the owner, regarding an issue after a server threw away food that I had planned to take home. Instead of listening to my concern, Mia immediately became defensive, argumentative, and repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to explain what had happened. My bill had already been paid, and I was simply trying to address the situation, but Mia never gave me the opportunity to be heard. She continued to argue with me in front of other customers and refused to acknowledge the issue or show any level of professionalism or respect. Eventually, I felt so dismissed and disrespected that I walked out. It seems that as long as you're spending money, everything is fine. However, the moment you point out a problem with the service or inaccuracies on the menu, the customer service experience quickly deteriorates. We LOVE this place! The food is fresh & great! We get the crab legs & they come freshly made in butter & garlic or their own seasoning. They are never watery like some places. So many appetizers & sides to choose from. The service is always good too. We had Miranda this last time & she was great. They have a buy 1 lb get 1 free of the seafood of your choice or an all you can eat which includes beverages (beer & wine also). You can't go wrong! Highly recommend! read more

We pulled up to this place and there was plenty of parking and it looked like a hidden Gem. Ohhhh we were right. This restaurant specializes and really appears to mostly do seafood boil. They do a kick a$$ seafood boil. The prices are beyond reasonable!!! They have everything you need right on the table, bibs, shell can, and gloves. The ambiance is eclectic, clean and tidy but honestly no theme. They don't need a theme, the theme is delicious food and you don't even pay attention to anything else after that. The service was good, the food came out very quickly and was nice and warm. We both got our boil with mild spice and it was a very little spicy and a very much flavorful. Oh my Gosh where do I even begin?! The Place is filthy, the music went blaring so we couldn't even visit and enjoy our dinner conversation. The service was horrible. For instance: the server gave us the wrong tables food and as my daughter-in-law (here on vacation eating without my son so he had to watch starving) Was in the middle of eating at her food she set in front of her, the server realized she gave her the wrong tables food and took it back and served it to the table across from us. Then kept coming back to us and saying are you sure you only ate a potato? I was like are you kidding me right now? You're gonna keep bringing it up too??? We were in a state of just shocked. Unbelievable! My was nasty. All the crab was cold and drowning in so much garlic butter to you couldn't even taste the crab meat out of the shell. It was so much work for horrible crab. And the server never gave us napkins after repeated requests. We had to get it from the table Next to us and then I asked for a refill of my unsweetened tea and I get a Arnold Palmer back which I don't like- the whole experience really upset us. Just FYI, be aware on top of it for two days after that I was I couldn't eat and throwing up and in the bathroom. So I don't know for sure if I got food poisoning or what? but my son and daughter were only here for three days and I had to spend two of them sick. What a complete disappointment. This is a fast food restaurant. The meals were drenched in butter. The crab legs were horrible. There was little to no meat. The shrimp was good but again way too much butter. The ear of corn was shriveled. Not a good experience. read more

me and my family came in as it was a new place, we were hoping for a great experience, my mother left and came back by the time she came back I finished my food, my mom smelt the food and said it was spoiled, she brought that to the managers attention and she said she would speak to the manager and didn't , there were a lot of people in there, imagine how many people ended up sick, I ended up sick literally 2 days later, and my mother TOLD them about it being nasty, i guarantee they still sold that same old food to people because they were barely concerned , check your food correctly read more
