I can't say enough about their towing service. My daughter was stranded on Hwy 219 Thursday night…read moreabout 11 pm. Her Alternator went out and had no power or lights. She was terrified being a young lady out in a rural area. Mike the driver showed up and towed her 70 miles to her house. He was very courteous and comforting to her during this stressful situation for her. And to top it off she left a valuable item in his truck and he turned around and drove it all the way back to her at 4am. As a parent it gave us comfort and it is nice to know there are still people like Mike out there. Thanks

His work is very good and lasts as long or longer than those that wanted a lot more. He is very easy to talk to and will give you a real estimate. One job I got an estimate of over $200 from another garage for a very small job. Everett had to do a little more than anticipated and there was an extra cut and welding and he was still a tiny fraction of the other shop. They estimated 2 hours and he estimated 20 minutes (it took him 15 minutes and he was under his estimate). I've had work down by him at least half a dozen times on multiple vehicles and I've always been more than happy with both the work and the price. I wish there were more businesses like his.

All of the employees were friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. When we brought the unit in, we were greeted by the service manager and directed to the main service bay. The bay supervisor came out and looked over the unit. Diagnosis of the problem took only 30 seconds and turned out to be a severely compromised air filter. We left the unit to await the replacement part and asked for an oil change and the installation of mulching blades, which we provided. Through no fault of theirs, the replacement part took over 4 weeks to arrive since it was made only in China. We were kept informed of the status of the repairs on a regular basis and were overjoyed when it finally arrived. When we picked it up all issues had been resolved. A full mechanical review and repairs, including leveling the mower deck, has been done. Even though it was not their fault, the bill was adjusted as a way of apologizing for the extended wait. This was our first visit here but it will not be our last.
