We took it back less than 20 hours later in the original package with the receipt and were told they cannot take it back due to they purchase them from a 3rd party vendor and they will not get reimbursed from their supplier, so no exchange would be granted. This not a huge dollar purchase ($18) but if you sell a product you should stand behind what you sell. Always thought Smoking Joe's was a upstanding business, I guess I was wrong. Gas is usually 20 to 25 cents cheaper then the local gas stations. All you get here is cheap tobacco products and gasoline so if you need anything else look elsewhere.
