Found three of their employees going through my trash cans, taking pictures. They were wearing CR&R shirts and were driving a company car. Concerned about identify theft I confronted them. One of the employees got aggressive and informed me that I could be fined for having an onion peel in the landfill can. They had to open up tied trash bags in the can to find it! This is very intrusive. AND THIS IS CREEPY! Apparently this company believes they have law enforcement powers. I will do whatever possible to address this with the City. We need a contract with a different company. read more

They came and took all of our trash cans at the end of August because we were supposed to be getting a commercial bin on September 30th. This makes absolutely no sense since we have had no trash cans for over a month and the bin that was supposed to be delivered had never been delivered. They are so backwards on how they justify not having trash cans when you are getting a commercial bin. Apparently you can't have both ‍ and why they took our trash cans over a month before they were supposed to deliver the bin is baffling. IT'S A HEALTH HAZARD YOU IDIOTS!!! Because they have a contract with the city of Temecula for trash pickup they think that they can screw the customers and "Not" provide the services they are contracted to provide. They continue to either "NOT" pick up my trash or they only partially pick up my trash and when I call to complain, they say that someone will be there within the day to empty my trash. I placed three calls today, and was told each time that someone would be there to empty my trash. No One EVER Came. My trash is still at the curb waiting to be picked up! It is time for Temecula to make a change and I will fight hard to encourage the Temecula City Council to make a change. read more

These guys are horrible, 2 weeks in a row they didn't pick up any bodies in the neighborhood recycle bin and when you call them you are on hold for 25 min they answer and hang up you request a call back its been a day never gotten a call back. Worst service ever! My side of the 15 fwy is stuck with this company. We often go 2 weeks without trash pick-up. They send out voicemails saying to leave cans out for the next day, but they are not even doing that anymore, because they know they can't honor it. I spent an entire day complaining and finally got trash picked up. They threw both black and green bins in the same truck. I was assured that service would be back on schedule, but our day rolled around and no service. Guess I'm going to have to complain to the city who contacts with them. read more

It's as if the company hates it literally doesn't give a fuck about its own customers. When you call for assistance they say they'll call you back and never do, I ordered a small bin to be emptied and they said they would be there between 8am-6pm waited all day and never showed up. The people that answer the phones don't ever have any answers for you either it's like they just take your money and ignore you like Paying for a service that never gets done. If I could rate as zero stars I would. My experience with car+r has been terrible from the beginning. The worst was delivery. I booked my 40yd container two weeks in advance. I called the day before delivery to check on it. The estimated delivery time was 6am-6pm. Not ideal as it was being delivered to a site but that's fine. The person on the phone said I could call them on delivery day ti get a more exact time. So I call just after they open and sit in hold for 15 minutes. I ask about an updated eta. They said they will call their dispatch and get back to me. They don't get back to me. I call 4 hours later. Same thing, they say no updated eta but they will call their dispatch and get back to me. I do this one more time as it's getting closer to 6pm and I double check that it will in fact be here by 6pm. They say yes, and that they will call to try and get an updated eta...I never hear back from anyone. It is currently 6:05 and I am still sitting here waiting for this delivery hoping they will be here soon as I live an hour away from the job site and don't want to have to drive back here 6 hours before I need to be here to wait another entire day. Ya'll suck. Just call people if there are issues. You have my name and number. Just let someone know so they don't waste their entire day. read more

I haven't had any of my trashes picked up since January 6 and today it the 20th. Over the last 3 years service has gotten really bad. I have had to call at least 10-12 times due to missed service. Every time I call I have to wait for at least 30 minutes on hold. Called this past Monday due to no pick up the week before and was told someone would come out Tuesday and no one did. Today is Thursday my regular day and no one has came yet and already got an automated message that service is delayed. Isn't two weeks enough of a delay. Trashes are now over flowing and best believe they better take them that way. You want your money but dont want to take the trash! read more

The WORST waste removal company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Total incompetence. I made on appointment for their "new resident box waste removal services" to be picked up on a specific day. After hauling all my broken down cardboard boxes to the street, which was very difficult n me, they never showed up. I called the next to day to ask why. They said that they would have the trash picked up that day. Again, they didn't show up. I called again the next day asking them what their problem was. They said it would be another 6 days before they could come out. They also expect elderly over 50 years old to take trash and bundle it with string, which is impossible for most elderly people. I have an HOA and I was getting in trouble for having trash sitting outside for 3 days because of this lame company. This company is ridiculous, not only in their incompetence as far as picking up trash, but also ridiculous in what it expects their clients to do. Expecting elderly people to bundle up large bulky items with string is just ridiculous!! The city of Hemet really should look into hiring a different company that can do a better job or they need to force this company to DO A BETTER JOB for the people who pay their salary!!! read more

Honestly I'm a little irritated at this company. Called to order a Dumpster to get delivered to my house. They told me the following day. Which is fine. I requested it to be delivered in the morning. They told me they can just right that in the notes but it can be delivered between 7am-6pm. Well it's 8:03pm right now. I needed the dumpster today. And no show. No call from the company or the delivery driver saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything. This is unacceptable. And I'm with 5 miles of CR&R in Perris. I was ill and not able to put my trash out the day of pickup. three days later I was able to put my trash out on the curb and the curteous person at CR&R scheduled me for a complimentary pickup for the next day. I am very pleased with this company that I have used for over 6 years. read more
