We took trash to dump on site. I have a small truck and the bed wasn't even half full, it was just a large dog house that we took apart. We arrived early and went straight in, no wait. The truck was weighed going in, then weighed coming out. We were charged the different in weight... I believe it was 1/4 of a ton ( think that might be wrong on their end...only a dog house) we were charged about 35 or so. By the time we left there were 6 trucks waiting In line, we got there just in time. - go early in order to avoid waiting too long read more

I'm a 37 year resident of Wildomar, and yes-we've had changes and challenges. But the refuse service lately from CR&R has been incredibly disappointing. Today is Friday, and I am calling for the FOURTH TIME to have my trash picked up since the slated pick up date of last MONDAY. When I called yesterday for the third time, I was flat out lied to as I was told that the driver came by but could not find the bin. He must be Stevie Wonder-it's been sitting in the same spot since Sunday night. If he didn't see it, he could of got out of the truck and asked us. This has been happening with increasing frequency over the past few years. Routes change. Drivers change, and the connection is lost. I sincerely hope our city leaders decide to read these reviews prior to renewing any contracts for future service with CR&R. There has to be a better alternative. read more

This is a good Service for a garbage company to pick up you're trash. I've had this company for a long time in my City which the drivers are very kind. I've been to this yard twice and it was very fun, I got a tour by some drivers also. This is a good Company. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are very difficult to deal with. I sold my home 8/2024 and spoke to a Daniela.. She said I had to provide proof that I was living at my new address. Only acceptable proof was a utility bill. I told her I did not have utilities under my name, and she said no other bills were accepted. asked for supv. took a long time but finally spoke to one and she said I could use my escrow papers! This Danielle lady did not have any customer service skills!. Be prepared if you have issues with the trash because they don't care what your problem is, they are very RUDE. read more

Called and harassed us to get a recycling bin at our shop that we just moved into. We have been charged for it for over 2 months, and they haven't picked it up 1 single time. The guy who hounded us several times a day in order to get this set up won't even respond to us about the issue. This place is a scam. read more

Over a year ago I called for a pickup of heavy items. I was told it would be no charge, which is great because I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. A few days - weeks, later I received a bill for $100. I sent back the invoice with a written message on it asking why I was being charged when I was told I would not be. No response. It took me a few months but I could eventually pay it in 2 payments. I just opened a mailing from them thinking it was promotional (been tossing them for the last year). It's an invoice stating: Prior Balance $483.24 / Late Fee $6.38 / 8/1 90G Trash/Recy/Organics #P/U 1 $117.69 / RESI SVC Increase $3.48. What the heck? We haven't had anything picked up since the original "free" $100 pickup. And if the late fees are $6.38, I shouldn't owe more than a year or so worth!!! Is this how they make their money? read more

Ordered a large dumpster for our property out in Aguanga. The guy who picked up our dumpster weekly always seemed to use a different path when emptying the dumpster. Each new route led to more of our vegetation being run over. The Highland Fire ravaged the area around our property and our dumpster burned to the ground, only a metal bar and the wheels remained. I called CR&R to request another dumpster and he rep created a work order and I was told it would be delivered that Friday. It was not delivered. I called back on Monday and was told the work order was entered incorrectly and that the next available or delivery was at the end of December, the 28th. I requested to pause the service. We had no bin so why pay for the service? I ended up being billed for the month of November...and the month of December. I called more than 5 times to no avail. Each representative would tell me they would leave a message with "Maria" as she handled the issue originally. Maria clearly wasn't handling my issue. Passing the buck is the name of their game and based on other reviews that is clear. Too bad they have a monopoly on the market for the waste services out in that area. Ultimately I called to discontinue the service. We will take our trash to the dump and save some money and avoid the headache. Thanks for nothing. read more

Horrible customer service. Twice they have knocked down my trash can during pick up. Driver did not pick up the tipped can and drove off. Repeated daily calls for re-pickup with unkept promises. They make excuses and never take responsibility. If your trash is missed or a failed pick up they will not return, even if they tell you they will. All the trucks leak oil and leave an oil trail in front of your home. And every year the rates rise. Worst waste pickup company with no accountability. Zero star rating. read more

CR&R is the worst. You call because they missed trash pick up. I've call three days in a row, the last call I spoke to a supposedly supervisor. I think they all get paid to lie to you that a truck will be coming and it never does. But, let you miss a payment. This company is a totally complete rip off. They don't give a shit about the customers as long as they collect their money. This has to stop. Service is CRAP!!!! read more

I'm giving CR&R a one star rating only bc I can't give them ZERO stars. I am a new homeowner in a new housing community. The service is the WORST! First it was Covid, then they claimed a strike. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I lived in Moreno Valley for two decades and NEVER had problems with my waste removal like I do with this company! Pacification is the norm from customer service as VERY LONG WAIT TIMES ON HOLD! Reps rarely call you back as promised! I wish I could have Waste Management of the IE take over service! Basically, CR&R SUCKS! read more

Failed to pick up my green waste a week ago. This week failed to pick up trash and recycling. Called 3 separate days & was told my cans would be serviced. ZERO stars... CR&R `S website mission states the following: "From the moment you sign up for service to the moment that service is delivered, we strive to offer all of our customers a hassle-free experience." Did a circus clown write this??? **What it should read is: "If you want subpar sustainable waste service, coupled with incompetent customer and supervisory/management support, feel free to pay for our services" CR&R continues to forget to pick -up one of three trash bins, on a regular basis. I`m beginning to feel discriminated against. I`ve placed several calls to prior incidents about the same issue and yet no calls back from supervisors/managers and no trash pick-ups to correct the issues. This most recent incident took place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, where my recycle bin was not collected. I have some great RING camera recording to support the trash truck drivers neglecting to collect the appropriate waste/recycle bin. Either the truck driver is color blind and can't identify which waste bin he/she should be collecting, or he/she is contaminating his pickup with the wrong trash (food waste or green waste). Consistently disappointed with CR&R Inc. services but when you receive poor customer service support, false promises, cricket sounds from management, and an incompetent work force, you get poor work production. Makes sense! By the way, my recycle trash bin is still curbside awaiting pick-up..., (Cricket sounds) I`d ask for a supervisor or manager to respond to my inquiry/complaint in support of some compensation or correction to this ongoing issue, but at this point I`m sure it`s a waste of my time. read more

Fees are horrible for construction roll offs And the system not good when need to call every week for extensions due to not being full after 7 days the system is rigged to make money and if u forgot to call in 1 business day they will come and take the dumpster away then u have to pay additional fees to get back on-site save ur self the money and stress read more

Very inconsistent with their pick up of either the green waste or recycling don't know whether it's gonna get picked up each week and when they do pick up the bins they are constantly scratching my vinyl fence that cost a pretty penny and then they leave the empty right in front of my garage door. And to top it all off it's so hard to get hold of anybody and when you do they wanna charge you extra to come out and pick up the trash they did not get. read more

I agree with many other comments here, they are HORRIBLE at communication! I can't complain about my pick up, I don't recall that they have ever missed a pickup. However, I inquired about a dumpster and they never call in response to my inquiry (I requested online). When I called them, I got three different answers. I have spoken with one helpful person, the others act as I am a telemarketer and my call interrupted their sleep. Their most recent error is double billing me and I am getting the runaround fixing their error. It's a nightmare dealing with them. read more

CR&R Trash drive-by. Over the last several months CR&R misses my trash pickup at least once a month. When I call, I get busy circuits or no answer. When I get through, I'm on hold indefinitely (hung up today after 47 minutes on tortuous music). Several weeks ago when I actually stayed on long enough to get a live person, they called me a "liar" without using that word, said that I had not put my bins out before they drove by. I had put them out the night before. They said they wouldn't come back. We live where there appears to be a break in the route, as they often turn up Vista Del Bosque and then never come back to get our bins.... Anyone else having pickup issues with CR&R? read more

Worst customer service. Terrible communication and take no accountability for their actions.

Horrible service! Paid $168 to rent a dumpster then $98 to empty it and they never showed up and it's been 3 days. Truck broke down, operations issues, short staffed. Our community is stuck with this company due to agreements with the city. They are so unresponsive to any requests from our property managers as well as residents and do not pick up on scheduled days correctly and when they are told a pick up was not made they then say they did even with a camera showing that they did not. I can't wait for the city agreement to end with this company. read more

I live in the city of Perris. This place charged me 70 dollars to throw away plywood. Bro I'm pissed.

Today I saw the recycle truck guy come by right after my stuff blew out of the bin. He noticed it was on the ground and got off and put in in the bin. Then he did a second pick up of my bin to dispose what was in the ground. Not too many people go that extra mile. I'm very happy the operator is thorough and didn't leave it to fly around the community. He didn't have to but he did. I'm very thankful read more

Missed my street on pick up day, Friday. Can't call on Sat called Monday was told we would be picked up by 6pm. Called at 5, was told by the same person that I talked to earlier, that they only have trucks in our neighborhood on Thursday and Friday. Our trash wouldn't be picked up til Thursday. Tuesday morning at 6:45 a truck picked up trash. Of course not wanting my cans on the street all week I put them back into my yard. Of course the driver went right by my house without stopping or trying to check if he could get to my cans. CR&Rs different divisions obviously don't have any communication with one another. That's the problem with monopolies, their service can suck but the customer has no recourse. read more
