We purchased a 5 year extended refrigerator warranty and had a repair done recently. They took care of it, we never saw a bill. Now sold our house and needed to transfer the balance of the warranty to new owner so I called customer service and requested a call back from their automated system. Lily Brown called me and took care of the matter speedily. She sent me an email with the instructions and link to transfer ownership. She was very nice and helpful. Many extended warranties are not worth the money but we have been very happy with Consumer Priority Service and the price was very reasonable. Our one repair more than paid for the cost of the warranty. Also many other warranties only cover the original purchaser, so being able to transfer it to the new owner was a super benefit! Victoria was the best agent I have ever experienced at CPS or Any other company when it came to my responding digitally. I had to submit pictures from my phone and send them to CPS for review. I am not great when it comes to the expertise of sending information like the 7 Photos that were necessary to complete the necessary review for my refrigerator repair to be started Victoria was so patient with me and guided me through the the necessary steps to end up with a perfect digital transmission of the photos. We bought an LG washer/Dryer set got it home hooked it up after removing 4 bolts from the back that are designed to hold everything in place till your done moving it. Runs great washer and dryer..runs quiet smooth and dryer automatically sets to whatever wash load you ran. You do have to add your own electric cord to the dryer but I think most dryer's are that way. Cris and Michelle were very sweet and honest. We will be buying our stove and refrigerator from them. We have only had the W/Dryer for about 2 weeks and used them almost every day caretaking my Mom makes 5 adults. LG has disappointed me in the past but this unit seems good quality..I will let everyone know if that changes..so far so good. Michael read more

Hazel was patient and thorough in sorting out the details on each part of the problems. She relayed what the next steps would be and that I could expect to see prompt responses. Those responses occurred as promised. When I raised a question about the repair assignment, Hazel addressed the issue within minutes. After CPS's online registration system would not work for 2 new video equipment warranties, I phoned CPS and spoke at length with an associate who set up my accounts...theoretically under a new email address, not associated with warranties purchased in the past for home appliances which seem to have also been with CPS. Multiple attempts to access that account failed, and it took a 2nd call to Hazel to sort out what the previous associate had done. She was helpful and patient and assisted me in sorting everything out in a reasonable amount of time. Hazel was great -- experience with first rep was not. read more

The entire experience of registering my Beko dishwasher model DDT39434X was relatively simple and easy. The service provided is yet to be seen since I just purchased it 08/2025 and not have had to use it yet 9/2025. The last dishwasher I owned was a kitchen Aid from Lowe's and started acting up right after the warranty expired "2 years old" but they sent a tectechnician out to fix it under warranty but after a month of him trying to fix it, it still wasn't fixed so I gave up on it and decided to buy this instead. Hopefully this warranty will provide better quality service. read more

Followed instructions on Extended Warranty card. The steps were easy once I figured where to go and what to fix when I got errors. The instruction card said to click on the "Register You Plan" link...I couldn't find that link but under Customer, clicked Register Warranty and that got me there. It doesn't say password requirements so I did get an error without knowing what error was but it was pretty obvious I needed to modify password as that was only questionable field. I hope I won't need the warranty but glad to have it just in case. read more

BUYER BEWARE. This company has ZERO customer service and the worse customer experience. No one is on the same page, timely responses do not exist. My attempt to receive my 50% rebate for not having to use the service was insane to resolve. I spent way too much of my hard earned free time to resolve this. However the automated emails kept flowing to have me extend my warranties during all of this. It is companies like CPS that give these warranty services bad names. I was able to speak with Lily Brown who assisted me with explaining what happened once I switched my subscription. I needed to add the information for my laptop to my annual subscription. Simone was able to help me and resolve the issue with my claim. She is very friendly and pleasant and listened and cared about my issue. She couldn't resolve the issue over the phone and needed to consult with others in the company and told me she could follow up with me with a phone call after she did some research on how to resolve my claim which she did about a half hour later. Problem is not resolved with her company and they offered a portion of my purchase price but no where enough to put a working 77" 120Hz OLED back on my wall. Buyer Beware for now. This was the simplest process of purchasing a warranty I have ever experienced. All the options were simply laid out on 2 web pages. A few sentences explaining each of the options. And each of the options were based on price of the item needing the warranty and the number of years. You click on the option you want and it's automatically added to your item invoice.
