I waited for 2 months while trying to contact them about my order and they refuse to reply. Upon further investigation, it appears that they have done this to many people. It seems they went out of business but the website is still taking orders. There Facebook page is now gone and many product demo videos on youtube were pulled. Only Paypal refunded me or I would still not have my money back. I am contacting there web host, Paypal, Youtube, Facebook, BBB, FTC, and there local Attornye General. It appears he is also connected to other bussiness which I am also going to check into. I guess i must differ from the first review that was listed. Our department made our first purchase from cps authority over a year ago. The prices were what had our attention. It did take our very first order about two weeks to arrive. The website does state to customers of a 3 to 4 week waiting process. It seems that they build the products when ordered, which does make sense considering the low prices they offer.since then we have made 3 additional orders which have averaged about 2 weeks to arrive. Products are extremely bright and well worth the wait time. Other than that we give them two thumbs up. read more
