So if you schedule your ACLS & PALS with them at the same time, you get your BLS for free which I think is an amazing deal! They also provide you with the latest books if you don't have them. Our instructor for our PALS class was Michael and he did such an amazing job simplifying everything and making a very long class interesting and easy to remember. He was also very approachable and made use of our time wisely! Kids are not my strong suit but he made me want to work with kids after the class was over. Haha. I retained more information taking this class over any other PALS class I've done in the past. Highly recommend taking his class! On the contrary, our instructor for our ACLS class was all over the place. I don't remember her name but she was a total opposite of Michael. It just felt so disorganized and confusing at times. I still understood everything bc I've taken ACLS a handful of times prior but I can tell that those who were taking it for the first time all looked lost and confused.

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience…read more I chose CPR Society for my initial ACLS certification because of its high ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After booking my CPR skills session, I was never given clear instructions on how to proceed. I contacted the number provided for questions but kept receiving automated responses saying I should have received an email. Despite repeatedly explaining that I never received anything and even providing three different email addresses, I still received no instructions. I also requested a phone call for clarification but was told they only offer text support. After expressing my frustration, someone finally responded, but instead of helping, they became rude and unprofessional, replying in ALL CAPS with statements like "ARE YOU EVEN READING?" Completely unacceptable, especially toward a customer who paid $150 for their service. I've attached screenshots of the conversation. Toward the end, the ALL CAPS responses stopped, although I'm unsure if someone else took over. I stopped responding after. Regardless, that does not excuse the way I was initially treated. I expected basic customer service, clear instructions, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. Very disappointing, especially from a business with such high ratings. Update: The owner repeatedly called and sent nonstop messages late at night. Looking at other reviews, I'm clearly not the only customer who has experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior. I was even threatened with having my ACLS certification voided and being banned from all their locations. To the business owner: Do not contact me again. Please send proof of my full refund, and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Any further unwanted contact will result in me filing a police report and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have screenshots documenting everything. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

I am almost finished with this program and the MA program is amazing! They find ways to Make sure…read morethat you are confident and comfortable in everything you do. When it comes to blood draws and injections of course we're gonna be practicing on each other!! Even if some are newer we still let them learn bc at one point we are equally as shaky and nervous like them! We have an instructor watching us the entire time we have a uncapped needle in our hand!!! I was a newbie and terrified of the thought of "hurting" someone but in reality ur not! Some of us are dramatic... I was one of the ones who would have to look away and faint but two months in and my fear of needles completely vanished!! I even offer my arm to a newbie!! We are all here to learn and the environment is so uplifting and the energy between students and staff are amazing! 9 months might sound long but it goes by so quickly! My instructor was Ms.Soto and she definitely single-handedly made this program and school better. You can tell she is the go to for a lot of the staff.. and a lot of us students! She genuinely is teaching because she wants to and I've been there on a Friday and few times and she never leaves the building!! At this point I'm starting to think she camps out in her office lol!! Ms.Smith is one of the crazy ones tho but In such a good loving way! If you don't get blood and she's around she will tell u to draw on her on the spot!! It's nerve wrecking to draw on a instructor but she talks you through it while the needle is in her!! She is absolutely hilarious and I love the way her charting is! Ms.Jay always has a smile on her face and cares for her students as well. Mr.Ben is such a funny instructor!! You can tell when it comes to blood that man is smart!! He's a lil chaotic but In a good way!Mrs.G is so fun to be around!! I had her for a little in intro and u can tell she is very helpful and loves llamas lol buttttt maybe I am a bias but Ms.Soto was definitely my favorite Anyways the receptionist could be a little nicer.... But again they are constantly busy and I've never seen one NOT talking to a student!! AND THEY ARE NOT ARE TEACHERS OR AFFECT OUR EDUCATION!! The cafeteria is nice.. a lil pricey tbh but the staff in the cafeteria are literally so sweet and nice!! The material they are starting to teach will really help with the NCCT exam!! I did this program to help me get back into school because I have been out of school for 3 years... I also did this to help me get into nursing school! I got accepted into my nursing program at a university!! Thanks to this amazing Program!! Some of the material they covered as well helped me get a high score on my HESI!! 10/10 for this school!! First, understand that while Las Vegas College is institutionally accredited through ACCSC, its Cardiovascular Sonography program is NOT CAAHEP-accredited. This distinction matters when researching professional credentials and credit transferability. I wish someone had warned me before I invested two years of my life and approximately $50,000 into an education that left me without a degree, unable to transfer my credits, and still responsible for the debt. I maintained a 3.91 GPA, completed the classroom portion of the program in October 2025, and expected to graduate in April 2026. As a student, I was repeatedly expected to be patient, understanding, and flexible as the school experienced staffing changes, inconsistent direction, and difficulties securing clinical placements. I accommodated these challenges because I trusted the institution and wanted to graduate. However, when I made a mistake involving my clinical hours, I was not afforded that same understanding or opportunity to move forward. Instead, I was dismissed shortly before graduation, so yes my opinion matters, because this could happen to you. Throughout my education, there was constant turnover among instructors and administrators, resulting in inconsistent expectations, poor communication, and little stability. I had THREE different clinical coordinators during the clinical portion alone (a six month span). Students were repeatedly expected to accommodate staffing changes and conflicting directions while paying substantial tuition. This school is not solid. Clinical placements were another major concern. One coordinator explained that the school struggled to find echocardiography technologists willing to supervise students because they could not receive continuing education credits for doing so which is the industry standard. I was told the school offered "other incentives" to encourage participation. This left me questioning how adequately clinical placements were being secured. DO NOT ASSUME YOU WILL GRADUATE IN TWO YEARS. Only 3 of the 14 students in my class graduated on time, that's approximately 21%. Clinical placement difficulties and administrative issues can delay your education well beyond the advertised timeline. Perhaps most devastating is that I have been unable to transfer my credits anywhere. Despite completing my academic coursework with excellent grades, I am facing the possibility of starting over while remaining responsible for approximately $50,000 in educational costs. That's due to the school not being CAAHEP accredited. Students are expected to meet strict deadlines, maintain excellent grades, and rearrange their lives to accommodate the school's requirements. Unfortunately, I did not experience that same level of commitment or accountability from the institution. In my experience, the urgency to enroll students and collect tuition was not matched by the urgency to secure clinical placements or help students graduate. Before enrolling, investigate the school's graduation rates, clinical placement policies, programmatic accreditation, and credit transferability. Contact other institutions directly to verify whether they will accept these credits. I worked hard, earned my grades, and trusted this school with my future. I walked away without my degree and with substantial debt. I cannot speak for everyone, but I deeply regret enrolling. I am sharing my experience because I wish someone had warned me. I was given a date, time and location then I was emailed a link to the online portion. When I drove over an hour at the location provided a time no one was there. I could not reach a live person or get an answer to an email. After waiting for an hour and calling multiple time a finally got an answer. The woman that answered was so rude and blamed it one me not reading the website. She tried to say that I had to go back online to schedule the in person portion and the email I had with the date, time and location was wrong. This place seems like a scam.
