After completing the class let me tell you -- that is so very true !!! Being in healthcare for almost 20 years -- this is the first time I had such a positive experience!! My husband and I were looking to brush up on our first aid/CPR knowledge. I was already tired from working the day before and had to show up to class in the morning to renew my BLS recertification. I was expecting a long boring class. But much to my surprise, it's was engaging, on to the point, and fun class. Usually, I would keep looking at my watch to see how soon the class would end , but this time I didn't, and before I know it, the class was over. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating to my hearing loss disability. He made sure he was clear and repeated anything that I didn't understand throughout the course. He made sure that I got enough practice before moving on to the next course. I would highly recommend this class for everyone who are healthcare professionals and for those want to have CPR skills to save lives in case of emergency. They do their best to make the class convenient. Ryan is an awesome instructor. There is a lot of information, and he breaks it down in a way that is easy to understand and retain.
