I absolutely love this place and the owner is a gem! Yesss I enjoyed my Spa time and all the ladies were great. Upon entering you have to fill out a health questionnaire and a temp check is required. I visited during CoVid time and social they were all wearing mask while working on clients. Everything was clean and sanitizer was readily available for everyone. I didn't feel rushed and attention to detail was in full effect, the instructor was within reach while procedure were being down. They are highly trained and educated on their skill. I even learned a few things about my skin while visiting. Facial & eyelashes done during this visit. I will be making monthly appointments for sure. They responded, call the office. That is poor customer service. A company should be able to professionally respond to email inquiries. Not everyone has time to call every company to ask simple questions. Not everyone likes to talk on the phone. As a business, you should respond to inquiries as they are asked. If an individual requests a callback, that's different. Companies are becoming too lazy to do business.

That is what my parents and I signed up for and expected. I did not expect that I would have to keep having lessons with my parents. Furthermore, the instructor was not explicit about the consequences of not getting a driver's license, beyond the obvious caveat of relying on other transportation. The instructor did not explain that many employers require a valid driver's license, and thus not getting one hampers the potential for job hires significantly.
