The woman that did my testing was the same. It was like she was mad about something. The woman that checked me out asked me to wait a second then proceeded to ask my name and tell me that I could go. Never even looking up. Rude!! That's not the only negative experience here. In another waiting area for testing I was almost hit by the swinging door and three younger employees laughed out loud. I was a sunbather when I was younger and am now paying the price with many skin cancers and so I see Dr. Quan several times a year. He knows his patients can be anxious about their procedure so he always tries to lighten the mood and help you relax by telling a crazy story or finding some way to make you laugh. But that being said, he is a very skilled MOHS surgeon. I remember vividly the first time he removed something on my face and I was so afraid of how it might turn out, but you'd never know where it was now. It healed beautifully as have many others. I'd also remind you to get at a minimum a yearly check of your skin and I'd definitely recommend anyone at this practice.
